I have 6 of these cameras and 1 just completely stopped working and the other the inffared lights were staying on continuously and battery pack would only last not even a full day so I contacted Tactacam and was told I could send it back me pay shipping and if they couldn’t repair it they would sale me one for $100 so why I didn’t do that is I got a new one on eBay in the gen3. 0 pro for $129 The 3 star review that was posted you do not need to go pull the card to view and you do not need to go take card out to clear you can do all that from the app. Research a little on utube and you’ll see how it’s done.

I run 10 tactacam trail cams and the name brand lithium packs. I tried this pack and it is working perfectly. The specifications of the pack are identical to the name brand. The battery has dropped one bar in the amount of time that I would typically see a set of AA batteries die completely. I would recommend this as an upgrade or replacement pack and a good value for the money. I review a lot of the packs and they ll run the same generally. The camera and elements change so i compare them to the life of typical aa batteries but you can recharge. They work well and save money over the long run.

So far, this battery works as expected. Lasts almost double the AA batteries I was using before. Hopefully it works as good or better in the cold winter temps.

I got this to try with the Tactacam Reveal cameras, I have the SK, X, and X-Pro models in use. I already have a few of the Li-ion battery backs from Tactacam, but figured why not try this one? It fits fine, it's an exact match for the OEM battery, charges at the same rate, but when I fully charged the battery pack and replaced the battery, the camera only shows a battery charge of 90%. The other cameras I have that were swapped out with freshly charged Li-Ion battery packs all showed 100% after the swap. So, 4 stars because it does not seem to take a full 100% charge. I will see how long the battery pack lasts, and update this review later.
