Needed a reading light for over my LOs bed and these worked out great. They are good quality and look nice. The wall is lightly textured plaster and the adhesive tape has worked so far but they will be easy enough to screw in if needed. The only thing I've noticed is that if you take them off of the wall mounts often the ball mount that's attached to the wall bracket that the lights attach to with a magnet loosens and you'll need to tighten it up again for the light to stay in place. I've had to retighten the side that gets taken off the most twice the first week they were up but as it's become less of a novelty I haven't had to do it again. ... show more

I ended up loving these. They're perfect for a reading light, especially in a room with limited outlets. They have a dimming option, to pick your brightness. I went with the adhesive option to stick them to the wall, and they are STUCK. I'm thinking about ordering a second set for my kiddos room.

It is very small, and doesn't put out enough light or range to help much with reading. It is attractive (hardly noticeable) and easy to assemble. The wood is very smooth and nice. These are great. They’re easy rotate in many directions, and will last about 8-10 hours on full brightness. The dimmer-brightness control took a second to figure out, but it’s really easy once you do. Installation was kind of haphazard, due to the double-sided adhesive mount and the iron disc mount are not clearly labeled, but we got it fixed. Instructions say to wait 24hrs before attaching the light to the base mount after using the double-sided adhesive mounting style, but I waited a full 48 to be sure. The charging cord is short, but don’t fret! What the product images don’t show well is that the lights are connected to the mounts magnetically, and the lights easily detach to be charged. I haven’t timed the charging, as I “set it and forget it” before bed, then put them back up once I wake up. Make sure you have a USB plug, though, not a USB-C! These, even when dimmed, give off great light, and my room is oddly shaped (long but mildly narrow), and they keep 3/4 of the length light up. ... show more
