The media could not be loaded. Really easy to install. Battery operated. The remote is a bit finicky but I don’t expect much for these kinda things. If you aim at just the right spot, you’ll be good. We used these lights to create an accent wall of art in our living area. We purchased needed 3 lights, so purchased to boxes. I cannot say enough about this product! They come with an option to hardwire the lighting or use batteries. We chose the battery option. We just screwed the fixture into the wall, added batteries to the LED light inserts and we were done! Each light comes with its own remote, so you can use them separately. If you choose to use them together, one remote operates both! We bought 4 lights and can use one remote. The remote can be used to set a timer to control the lights for 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes. The lights have 3 different hues of white to choose from and has a control for brightness. I paired these with Amazon picture frames and my personal photos for the look shown in the picture. Love these! ... show more

The quality was great and it looks good. Only one thing I was unhappy with. Bought it because it was battery operated. But the mounting hardware sent was for hard wiring it to the wall. Dear Gentle Readers, I were excited to receive this for a closet that has a large ceiling light but I would like a spotlight over our drawer system. So very basic for my needs. Unfortunately, this light fell way dim of my bright expectations. This light might be nice by a bedside but I would not consider it enough brightness, even on its brightest level, to offer you decent lighting for your book. magazine, tablet, etc. So when we held the sconce up to the position in the closet we need for the shine down over our drawers, it literally did not make any difference in the dark room. I could see the light was on bright but even 3 feet over our drawers, nothing. This will definitely not light up a hallway as the title suggests.
