My living room wall art was a bit small for the space so I was looking for something that would provide a nice accent and add some lighting. I didn’t want to go through the trouble of having electrical service added to the wall so battery operated sconces were the perfect solution for me. I ordered in bronze, which is a warm golden color. They have a decent weight and feel solid once assembled. The rechargeable light bulbs are somewhat heavy, but I like the functionality. To charge, simply unscrew the bulb and connect the charging device (included). The remote control works well and offers a few light colors (warm white, white, and one color that’s in between). So you can choose lighting to suit different moods/functions. The bulbs are also dimmable. The shades are a rigid fabric which, unfortunately, dents easily. One of the shades was damaged (bent) due to the way it was packed and I couldn’t smooth out the dents. I contacted Amazon hoping to just get a replacement shade. However, the seller cold not be contacted so I ended up returning the first set of sconces. The replacement sconces were perfect . . . Shades were not damaged. Install of the sconces was straightforward and they appear securely attached to the wall. I cannot speak to battery life/performance yet since I just installed them. Overall these are great sconces that look much more expensive than the price paid. I couldn’t be happier with them! ... show more

I was very impressed with the packaging and the quality! The shades arrived perfectly/no dents, and the weight and feel of the sconces are superb. The shades are a bright white with quality fabric. You’ll love! They’re much larger than I imagined so measure carefully.

First off - these are beautiful for the price, love how they turned out. Quality is great, easy to put together but could be easier to install on wall! You could just easily use heavy duty pound tape instead of following the instructions to drill a hole in the wall. If I could do that part over I would - now one of the holes in the wall is loose so the light structure attached to the wall is loose, other than that - love it so much that i'm still keeping them! ... show more

The sconces are beautiful and better quality than I expected. Instructions are not so great but the worst part is that the bulbs wont stay on for one minute and even though they are fully charged.
