The media could not be loaded. I was a little intimidated when I opened the box. The shades need to be assembled, which I didn't know. They actually go together very easily. The wall install is very easy. The hardest part for me was making sure they were straight. Once the bulbs are charged, they are bright. They give off a lot of light and there are a bunch of colors to choose from. . This set of wall sconces is so great. Super easy to install and came with everything you need to assemble. I love that it didn't require any electrical connection. I'm a renter so I'm happy to be able to easily take these with me if/when I move. This set came with rechargeable light bulbs that are magnetized, so you just pull the light off and charge them with a USB cable (included) and then stick them back on. They also come with a remote that allows you to change the colors and temperature of the bulbs. I installed these in my dining room and they look fantastic. Been is use a week on the initial charge, using about 30-60 minutes a day. Would be nice if there were indicators of the current charge level. I'll use the warm light for the most part and, for me, the other light options are just for show. There's a button on the light to manually turn it on if you don't have the remote.     • Cool lanterns with rechargeable bulbs, but some imperfections
The HIFCTRN Battery Operated Wall Sconce (set of 2) with rechargeable wall lights includes 2 remote controls and 2 charging cords. Instructions were provided to assemble the shades around wire circles. Shades clip easily onto the wire circles and the ends velcro to overlap. All hardware and plastic anchors were included so that lights can be mounted on the wall. For the price point, I rated 4 stars because there were a few blemishes and rough spots in the wood wall brackets. The brackets are made out of quality hardwood. One of the brads used to attach the angle support piece pushed the wood out and bubbled it in one area. It was nailed too low where there was not enough wood so it almost poked through. The lightbulbs hold a decent charge and lasted all night as a nightlight right out the box. The lights are multi-colored and can be set to warm or cool lighting and can be dimmed or set brighter. There is also a flash mode and fade mode. There is no timer to automatically shut off the lights. One remote can control both lights. Aim the remote in the middle of the two lights to control both at same time or aim at each light to control each light individually. We spaced the lights 6-7 feet apart on the same wall. The lightbulbs will need to be removed from the light sockets to charge them because the charging cord is rather short and we mounted them high on the wall so this might be a bit inconvenient depending on how often they will need charged, but the trade off is that they are wireless. They do provide a decent amount of light. We love the look of these lights because they look like Japanese lanterns, especially when illuminated red. ... show more

These lamps are beautiful. I have one of the in the bedroom where it provides enough light for me to read in bed. I did not have to run any wires or have an unsightly wire to plug in. It is nice to be able to turn it on and off by the remote sitting on the nightstand next to the bed. It takes a long time to charge, but I am only having to charge it once a week or so. I installed these lights on either side of my bed. Installation was quick and simple. I love that it didn't have to hardwire anything. These lights are rechargeable and they hold a battery for a long time. I was really impressed with the brightness of these lights. Not only do they work really great but they perform really well. I really like that I can change the colors of the light. It also is great that they have a really long cord so I can plug them in to the outlet.
