This portable basketball hoop is easy to set up over the door, fits securely, and is great for all ages! The ball came deflated, but it included a pump, which made inflation super easy and fast. My husband assembled the whole thing in less than 10 minutes. My son keeps it on his bedroom door and plays with it consistently, as it's his favorite way to unwind! It is lightweight and can be moved around easily. We've even set it on the clothes basket to make it the right height for our toddler twins so they could play. The backboard is durable, and the rim fits into it perfectly without wiggling. It sits stable on the door and doesn't move, even when Dad joins the fun, whether for casual games or quick practice sessions. This is handy for indoor entertainment. We have a 5-month year old and watch or nieces and nephew often (3,7, and 15 years old). We were looking for something that would help entertain the kids. This basketball hoop really exceeded are expectations. It entertains the kids, and us, for hours at a time (5-month year old only watches but is very excited about it)! Some of the main things I notice: 1. High quality material and design. The rim is metal and very sturdy. The rim fits snuggly into the backboard. The whole assembly then fits snug onto the door. It doesn’t move at all when shooting. 2. Extremely easy install. I would suggest glancing at the directions but they are not really needed. You might need a screw driver to tighten some nuts unless you have strong fingers. 3. The ball is very soft and doesn’t make a lot of noise/impact when shooting. Tip – Don’t over inflate for easier shots! 4. It comes with a pump for the ball which was very convenient. 5. Very portable. You can move it from door to door in minutes. Overall – very happy with this purchase. Tons of fun for my newly formed basketball team at very little cost. I would suggest for anyone looking to entertain their kids or themselves!

This is not a full size hoop. It is small version of a full size basketball hoop for young children. Well made, good solid structure. Using the 2 hooks on the back of the backboard, you hang it on the back of a door or chair or anything with a flat top. It comes with a small plastic backboard (11.5" x 17"), a small metal rim, a net, a small plastic ball and a small air pump with needle to fill up the ball with air. There is some minor assembly required attaching the rim to the backboard, and the hooks to the back of the backboard. A screw driver and pair of pliers is all you need. Once assembled, you can hang the backboard on the top of a door frame, or back of a chair. You can only hang it on something that has a straight top. We purchased it for our 4 year old grandson for when he comes to visit us. It's the perfect size for him. The challenge is finding something flat to hang the backboard on that is the right height. We're improvising hanging it on the rung of ladder. He arrives in a few weeks so we'll see how he likes it. A creative toy for a younger child, and reasonably priced.
