Ordered this hoop 3 days ago, it arrived so fast. My husband and 15 year old son built it in about 2 hours tonight. They said directions were fine. Not amazing, but not terrible. The hoop is awesome. We filled with water and put 2 sand bags on top. We will always keep it at 10 feet high since our kids are older. It seems pretty stable. Size is great. We are really happy with it and hoping it lasts for 3-5 years if we store it in the garage during the winter and high wind storms that we sometimes have. Recommend this hoop! Wait for a good sale, they come around!

my boys have really love using this item. Its well built and makes a huge difference when it comes to preparing for highschool basketball season. The backboard is large and feels like a great quality. We had minor issue and the team was quick to respond and take care of us.

My order arrived damaged, not the sellers fault, I wasn’t home to inspect upon arrival but I only can assume damage to packaging and product was caused in shipping. I attempted to exchange but Amazon wanted me to pay shipping. I didn’t feel I should’ve been responsible for the cost of something that was out of my control. I contacted the seller and after deciding what was the best option, they offered to send me another and keep the old one free. I wasn’t expecting that but it made the process so much easier. Product review after we received the new one, easy to assemble, directions easy to follow and quality seems to be good so far. I can’t say on longevity yet but for the price, can’t go wrong for what we would use it for. There was a scratch in the plexiglass (backboard) on the new one, but it is what it is. They offered to send me a replacement for that but I declined. Top notch customer service! 💯

First, a quick review of the product. It's well made (with very solid materials), looks great, and came at a terrific price for the quality. It looks like a legit glass backboard...even though it's not actually glass. It's a nice size, and I love that I can easily raise and lower it. Now, the instructions show 2 methods for filling the base. One with sand (which they note is strongly recommended) and one with water. Ya boy didn't have 300lbs of sand laying around, so I rolled the dice and went with water. BAD MOVE. It blew over in a strong wind and bent up the rim. I reached out to the company to see if I could buy a replacement rim, and they got back to me right away sent me a new one FOR FREE!! (Which I know is like a $50 value because I was looking at buying one elsewhere.) That's what I call customer service!!! I would definitely buy another product from them in the future!!

I wasn’t going to write a review, but I received an email saying the seller would like a review. So here it is…for the price this basketball hoop has real potential. Made from pretty solid materials, clear instructions for assembly, and a reasonable price. What more could you ask for, right? Well, if you’re me, you’d ask for the manufacturers to line up their parts correctly. For all the fuss they go through in the instructions telling you to make sure you line up the pole sections with the stickers on each part before you connect them, they didn’t bother to line up the pole sections correctly when they drilled the holes. Now I have a fully assembled basketball hoop that is slightly off. I am a little OCD and it drives me nuts to have that defect in my product. Because the backboard is slightly off from the base it isn’t perfectly level. And it gets worse depending on where you have the height adjusted to. If there had been any reasonable way to know this had happened I would have just redrilled the mounting holes between the pole sections to properly line up the parts, but you really can’t tell until the pole sections are together and you have the mounting hardware for the backboard attached. By then, there is no removing the pole sections, they fit too snuggly. Even if you try their suggestion of dropping the pole to loosen the parts. Maybe I received a rare mistake. But, just be warned it happens. Good luck!

Nice and steady product. Used sand for base, which made my set up very bottom-heavy - i hope it will withstand high winds When Received package part "H" looked defective as it is not round, but curved instead. Which probably by design, but delivery dropped package and slightly compress it - so it didn't fit without pliers adjustment. Other than that, assembly was enjoyable.
