Great hoop and just excellent customer service. I had an issue with the rim that I caused while assembling the hoop. I didn't fill the base with water from the start and the wind blew the hoop over and the rim was damaged. I called and they immediately sent me a new rim at no cost. This is the type of company that deserves your business. Not to mention the hoop is great-- perfect for kids coming up starting to play basketball from 1st grade into high school. Easy to assemble--just listen to the instructions and fill the base from the start! So far so good. Price was great compared to Academy pricing on their basketball hoops. Came in large box with wording on it but no picture. My husband put it together in about an hour with instructions. Quality is good and seems durable. Perfect larger size for growing kids. Got for my 7 year old and should last him through college. Solid unit and great value with clear, concise and very accurate installation instructions! Most impressed with the instructions. Everything was labeled, easy to follow and very accurate. Well done, and dare i say this had the best instructions I've ever seen for something that needed to be put together. My only complaint was the hole for filling it with sand was not big enough and its placement was in a place where the sand kept backing up. It took longer to fill with sand than to put together the unit!! Slow going, frustrating and it took hours to fill with 200 lbs (4 bags) of sand. A bigger opening and placement away from any internal blocks in the base would be so much easier. ... show more

Have had it for 3 days and it’s already tipped over twice. I got this for my 10 and 12 year old sons and their friends to play ball in the driveway. O have set up several basketball hoops throughout my life and followed the instructions to a T. I came home from the store the first day it was up and it had tipped over. We lifted it back up, ensured it was full of water, and noticed the rim was bent from impact. I’m glad no one got hurt, an it was still usable, though inconvenient because of the bent rim. Today, I was sitting inside and heard a bang and saw that it fell over again. It was not only full of water but also has 50lbs of free weights on the back of the base. The rim is bent up, flattened, an unusable. I am Very disappointed. It’s a very barely brisk breeze outside. We aren’t even in storm season yet. I am very disappointed in my purchase and am processing a return ... show more

I was so pleased to find such a well built, outdoor hoop for my son. We don’t have a ton of room and this hoop can be easily maneuvered around our driveway when not in use. Adjusting the height for my small daughter is super easy. I would definitely recommend.
