Excellent customer service. I bought AWII Sports Basketball Hoop in January, however, it fell down and the hoop rim bend and the base cracked. I contacted the AWII Sports company by email and they answered my message immediately. They told me I was going to receive another new base and basketball hoop for free. They recommend me to fill the base with both water and sand for better stability. In addition, they even provided me with a tracking number. I received the new base and the new hook. My husband fill the base up with sand and water and now my children are playing basketball every day. They like it because it's tall enough for my 14 and 9 year old boys. Super easy to put together. Took myself about 30 minutes all together. Love the height for my younger kids (10 and 11) and the 10 foot height for when they are older! Seems pretty durable except the netting tore within 20 minutes of the kids using it. The ball went through and caused the net to tear. Definitely a bit disappointed by that which is why I took away 1 star. ... show more

Some assembly required but instructions were very clear. All the bolts and washers were well documented. I was able to assemble it by myself. I like the fact it can easily be lowered and stored in the garage out of the weather. It is very stable once ballast was loaded

The Basketball Hoop came in really nice packaging and with instructions. All the pieces were clearly labeled, bagged, and marked. I love how it was designed to allow you to adjust the height fairly *easily for when the kids (grandkids) get older. We just finished putting it together (Did not time it but it didn't take that long), and we do plan to fill it with water. *To adjust, you will need the provided tools (This is a good thing because it keeps it solid and safe). ... show more
