The table looks good but the chairs are not that great they are no sturdy enough, I feel that if someone with more weight could fall. Overall the price is very high for this okay table, it should have been a lot more cheaper.

I finally assembled this set today, after over a week of procrastinating. I had opened the box and felt like assembly was going to be completely overwhelming, as there were so many pieces. This afternoon, I finally pulled out the instruction sheet, which is printed on one page, and very clear. I realized right away that like pieces were all wrapped together, making assembly go very smoothly. There is nothing complex involved in assembly. It's all very simple. My one suggestion would be to use a power drill. I can't imagine trying to drive all the bolts with the included allen wrenches. With a power driver, it's just a couple hour job, at most. I put all the chairs/stools together first, since it was just repetition, then did the table. All the pieces are surprisingly sturdy and strong. Obviously, the seats are just hard surfaces, with no backs, so I wouldn't want to hang out in them for extended periods. Even so, it's comfortable enough to sit at for a meal or game. For the cost, it's a really nice deal for someone starting out. I ordered this for my son's home, as he needed a small set for a small space, and won't be having any extended family meals using it. It's perfect for his situation, and looks really nice in his eat in kitchen. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. At first I felt extremely overwhelmed when I opened the box and seen a million pieces. BUUUUTTTTT THENN… I was extremely pleasantly surprised to find out the pieces were labeled well and it didn’t matter which direction the piece were. They were pretty universal and saved a huge headache that usually comes with furniture assembly. The seats are of course hard and not cushioned as seen in video so I wouldn’t say it’s a 10 on comfort. However being able to store the seating under the table is a great space saver! The seat and table material is a textured MDF material that feels solid and seems that it will hold up well. The legs and the rest are a metal and are not wobbley. I like the small foot print of this table and I do recommend it! ... show more

I like the look of this set, the chairs are smaller than some stools and uncomfortable I’m going to add cushions if I can get some the correct size and get to help with that. I had a small breakfast area I was putting this in so I didn’t need a large table it’s a good size for that if you don’t have alot of room. Took a couple hours to put together. The top on this makes the table worth the price. It is a heavy slab of wood that makes the rest of the table super sturdy. Depending on your body size you can either fit 4 small adults, 4 small kids to 2 thick adults only at the table. The chairs do not have backs which isn't a problem. Space saving but stools are not very comfortable and was missing screws For the price, and if you need a table where you can get the chairs out of the way this is a good choice. It is not a huge table, and not as tall as it looks in the photos (it is just about 3 feet tall). Pros: Space saving. Stools fit under table. Sturdier than a lot of furniture at this price point. Looks fine. Table top surprisingly sturdy. Cons: Stools not comfortable for larger adults. They say 200 lbs in one part of the ad and 220 in another but long before you approach that weight you will find the stools to not be all that comfortable. 30 min assembly is truly delusional, especially without power tools. This took nearly two hours to put together with a power screwdriver, and then I was missing a couple screws so I had to go hunt down extras from my garage. This would have been 4 stars, but I knocked it down for missing parts. ... show more

This table is really cute and sturdy once it's set up, but the legs are not at all resistant to scratches. It was very easy to accidentally scratch the legs of both the table and stools during assembly. The stools are really uncomfortable. My husband and I are both very petite, and we cannot bear to sit on them for more than a few minutes. It's not just the size of the seating area, but rather how the thin edge digs into your thighs. Ultimately we just couldn't get used to it. But I had no concerns about the stools holding us, and the table doesn't wiggle or feel flimsy at all. I'll be using it to extend my counter space and don't plan on using the stools at all. It won't work for what i got it for but it's still a nice thing to have, I just wish it was more comfortable and the finish on the legs was more durable. ... show more
