There is no taste or smell, on capsule a day is all I take, and the size is small compared to the ones I use to take. no problems with stomach irritation or ability to take the capsule. it is easy to swallow.

I had gastric bypass last year and was taking a very costly chew that did not have extra iron. I was afraid of taking a pill since they usually make my stomach upset. Even with the extra iron these do not upset my stomach. It is only one a day instead of 2 chews, and a bottle is half the cost of the chews. I recently had labs done and they were all in range so they work great. They aren't horse pills and they go down easy with water. I do take them with breakfast just to be on the safe side. Have continued to purchase.

I've been taking these for a while and they're great. Before I started taking them my labs weren't all that great. Once I started taking them, my labs improved tremendously. I also love that they're tailored to women so they have more of what we need. They aren't too big and thankfully they don't smell or taste gross. I haven't noticed any stomach upset while taking them and they are definitely effective.

Good supplement with strong percentages. I also like the price. My only issue with this is I sometimes get an itch like I have just taken a niacin pill. So much better then those too sweet chewables

Disclaimer: I normally don’t write reviews, and I’m not getting paid or receiving free vitamins to write this. These vitamins were recommended by my doctor after my sleeve bypass surgery. I love these vitamins! They are easy to swallow, have no unpleasant smell, and don’t upset my stomach. I just finished my first bottle, and I can already feel the difference—my body feels great! My hair and nails are growing so fast, which is a bonus since I didn’t buy these vitamins for that purpose. I highly recommend them to anyone who hates taking pills, has an iron deficiency, and wants to take control of their health! I came back to order my second bottle and felt a moral obligation to write a review. I hope these vitamins can help change your life just as they are helping me!
