I had my VSG last year and in my country they only sell the chewable vitamins, vitamins and iron were separate and I had to chew 3 each day, 1 iron and 2 of the vitamins, It was horrible! I really didn't like the taste nor the texture so I stopped using them after a week. A few weeks later I started noticing that I am losing so much of my hair, my skin is very dry, and my nails became very thin and break all the time. So I went on Amazon and found this miracle product, you take 1 capsule a day! I checked with my doctor and he said that these capsules make up for the 3 chewables I have to take everyday, so I went ahead and purchased one pack. I started seeing results after 2-3 weeks, my hair stopped falling off and my nails grew stronger, and I started feeling more energetic "and feeling good from the inside", I take 1 capsule a day, at 11 in the morning after I've had my breakfast. Highly recommended! I ordered 3 packs already :)

First, I am taking these because 23 years after the gastric bypass, I had a revision and my doctor did the duodenal switch. I am very happy with the results thus far, 3 months out and I have already lost 55 pounds! However, because with the switch you don't absorb anything, vitamins, protein, anything, they way you are supposed to, you have to take extra vitamins and extra calcium. I take 3 of these a day! That is A LOT on your stomach. From my experience, no matter how difficult, make sure you have something in your stomach when you take these. Even if it two crackers. While they work great, if you can't keep them down, they're not going to do any good!

Im not sure if something has changed with how these are manufactured. I've been taking these for almost 4 years daily and the last 2 bottles Ive gotten smell STRONGLY of dog pee. I didn't realize it was the pills until just recently (was blaming my dog for having an accident somewhere I couldnt find). The smell is so strong my entire closet where I keep them smells like pee. I have to throw these out bc the smell is so strong and so bad.

They're a little bigger than your average pill but just barely. No bad taste to them. Been getting these for months now and they're worth it to alleviate taking so many vitamins a day.

I finished a 30ct bottle and was doing really well with them. No nausea, I could take the vitamin when I needed to instead of having to very carefully time when I took it or risk throwing up. So I ordered a 90 ct. TERRIBLE IDEA. There's something completely different with the 90 ct vitamins. They stink. They taste bad. They made me almost instantly sick. I stopped taking them because it was so bad. And then I wondered if maybe the capsule itself was produced differently from the capsule on the 30ct vitamines. So I bought another bottle of 30ct and they are perfectly fine. No smell, not taste, no issues with taking them. So just be cautioned - there's something different about the 90ct vs the 30ct.
