Great, except screws

These bars are good heavy quality, and work as expected. I used 2x4s for the rails, and I wish I had used different screws, because they poked through the outside. I recommend an angled or narrow power driver because the 64 screw holes are close enough to the pole to make it tricky.

OK, but not impressed
I was planning to use these monkey bars to build an outdoor gym, so I ordered two sets of these. To make the installation stronger I routed recesses in the wooden beams to take the mounting plates and put less stress on the screws when used. To make sure it would work, I made a jig for the router that placed the recess in the correct position and made the same size of recess every time. During assembly I realized that the mounting plates weren't properly aligned to each other from one side to the other and they were slightly rotated along the axis of the bar itself. This resulted in one side non some of the bars not fitting properly in my routed recesses. In addition to this, several bars had welding beads stuck in the chamfered areas of the screw holes where the head of the screw should be seated and had to be removed with a hammer and chisel in order for the screw head to seat properly. One bar also had a visible dent in the middle of the bar itself.
