I absolutely adore this . It has everything I need for my workouts. I bought it during my college days, and it has been incredibly helpful. The quality is good, and it’s incredibly comfortable. The Velcro is of good quality, the thickness is appropriate, and it fits well.

PROS: Giving this 4 stars for the barbell pad which is the main reason I purchased this. It has adequate cushion and has held up over about a year of use for hip thrusts at the smith machine. The ankle straps are also very helpful when doing cable leg/glute exercises. CONS: -the resistance bands have minimal resistance and it's unclear if there is a difference between the three levels included. -the bag included started fraying within two weeks of use and we now just use a different tote to carry all the materials.
