I am really enjoying both scents in this duo. The calm scent is relaxing and soothing and is the perfect mild scent for the office. I really enjoy the focus scent in my bedroom and prefer this scent at night. Focus is a refreshing scent but much stronger scent than calm, but also still relaxing. I bought these essential oils to use with the Lifelines grounding stones, which I thought would be a good fidget to use at my desk. They're great! In general I haven't been a huge fan of essential oil scents as the options are usually pretty floral, but these are very woodsy (as the name would suggest) which is exactly what I was looking for. I expected to prefer the "focus" smell (Cypress and Vetiver, although I don't know what "Vetiver" is and I refuse to google it) and ended up preferring the "calm" smell (Cedarwood and Violet, which are both Things I Know).
