Moreover, with dual bar bracket, the landmine is suitable for use with 2" Olympic barbell or 1" standard bar.
- Easy Installation: The Screw-In Knob design makes the installation so much easier. Simply insert the pin into the hole and screw the knob to fix the landmine attachment to the upright. I was actually surprisingly impressed by this landmine attachment. It was super easy to install (2 minute install) and feels sturdy and heavy duty. It pivots both laterally and vertically. I tried it out with some bent over rows and landmine press, I have no doubt this will perform as I need it to. I have a 3x3 rack, I probably can’t mention the brand in my review, so just make sure you’re ordering the correct size for your rack. My barbell is Olympic size, but it does have an option to fit the smaller (1”?) barbells. My rack has 1” holes. The V bar that comes with it (depending on package) seems to be of decent quality as well, I have no complaints about any of it. Very excited to incorporate some landmine work, if my experience/opinion changes, I’ll update my review.
