I purchased a set of chairs in August 2023. May 2024 one chair broke. The welds at the stem/pole. I reached out to the company. The chair was replaced. The second chair is still working. I did not send it back because I already had a different set of bar stools that was damaged and I had to send the whole thing back. These are very comfortable! They adjust as expected. Color is beautiful more so than the Amazon photo.

They are comfy and the faux suede is soft. I would rate quality of material as a medium not super cheaper but also not high end. One of the hydraulics on the chair arrived damaged but customer service was great and they were able to provide a replacement. They feel sturdy and will be a great addition to our bar. ... show more
