Great product. Great customer service!!! Lots of communication about the delay in shipping. These come from overseas and they take a long time to ship but they do arrive! Putting them together could have been easier. Just screw in each screw, slightly, then tighten them once they are all in. Otherwise the holes can be a pain to match up. Super comfy and sturdy! Definitely counterheight.

Plastic piping used for “Ratan” look are reasonably convincing until you look close. overall construction is good, welds, paint etc. all good quality especially for the price. I had read several reviews and it highlighted assembly issues. No instructions but their are only four screws per chair so it hard to get it wrong. A couple of assembly tips. The seat and base came numbered in my case 15 & 15 and 16 and 16. Not sure it matters but to be safe I matched them up. There was some minor hole miss aligned, screw all 4 screws in just a few turns and then tighten them up works pretty well. Also these are tight in width just over 12” in minimum seat width. I’m 5’11” and 210 lbs and it is a snug fit for me. Not the most comfortable comparable to a solid wood seating surface, the plastic piping may relax some with use?

Took over 6 weeks to come in. Very underwhelming when I assembled them. Smaller in scale than I thought, which ended up being fine I guess. I lived with it cannot find anything on warranty, because here we are 3 months later and a snap at the top. They are hardly used and of all places on top, I do not understand. I’m very disappointed, The style was exactly what I was looking for unfortunately the quality was not there.

These took months to receive. My husband and I are unhappy with these. They are over priced, cheap looking and very small. I am 5'9 200lbs and its too small for me to sit in. my husband is 6ft and 220. He also cannot fit. My son is 150lbs and its tight for him too. I requested a refund and was ignored.

This should never be a prime item. It takes two months to come in. Other than the shipping timeframe, the chairs are pretty small and narrow. I’m 5,4” and 115 lb and it’s just right for my hips. It’s tight on my husband. I personally do not think they are worth the money.

These barstools are well worth the wait! They took a month and a half to arrive but came within the given window. Positives: Super easy to assemble, packaged very well, seem to be made very well, so pretty. Negatives: The seats are a little narrow and can flip if little kids try to climb up. Overall, very glad I purchased these after looking for a long time for this style in my budget.

I was hoping to love these. However, the one seat was smashed inside one of the frames which was bent. We were able to unbend it, but the seat is very small. I am pretty small, 5' 4" and weigh 132, and it was pretty tight for me. My adult sons who are in very good shape and not overweight at all, would not be able to fit in them. The basket is hard and uncomfortable, the back low and the arms don't come forward enough to actually rest your arms on. Plus, they are so light that as some others mentioned, I think they could be a tipping danger to children or elderly. This is not an Amazon company, so shipping is on you if you don't like them and USPS was going to cost $215 to go from East Coast to California and UPS was going to be $180. Fortunately, when we sent pictures of the bent frame, they issued us a full refund without us sending the stools back. I will donate them if a charity will take them.

After 2 months I finally received the stools. A month past the date I was given. Unfortunately the stools were VERY hard to put together because none of the holes lined up. My husband and I had to stretch the bottom metal frame with tools to make it align. Extremely hard and not everyone is going to be able to do that. The chairs are beautiful and super comfortable but for the cost of these stools, the quality and design of the stool should line up and be easy to put together.
