They are well-made, surprising considering the price, and pretty easy to assemble. I couldn't be more pleased and love how they look and feel. And they're really cozy and comfy. We'll see how well they hold up to regular use, but I highly recommend these bar tools! If you're on the fence about ordering them, don't hesitate. You may love them as much as we do!

The media could not be loaded. I love how these barstools came out and it wasn’t too bad to put them together. I put them together by myself and I got the four pack and gave the fourth one to my mom for her counter in her kitchen. Not sure why people are expecting Raymore and Flannigan quality when you ordered something on Amazon, but I think the stitching isn’t too bad on the back of the chairs. Shipping came quick as well!

DO NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS SELLER!!! Not sure who is writing these reviews stating it is good quality. The imitation leather is like a child’s first plastic baseball mitt. Seat cushioning is minimal. Stitching is visible. Seller does not pay for returns. I returned and the seller would not refund the order, so I paid $100 in shipping plus the cost of 2 orders ($386) Contacted Amazon multiple times to facilitate a refund and they were only “authorized” by seller to refund half the order. Shipping was not reimbursed even though Amazon said they would do it bc the seller can’t print return labels. That was useless. One box was never opened. One box was opened just to see bad quality. Terrible experience and customer service. Very disappointed in Amazon’s handling of it as well. Should not be a seller.

If you are looking for a quality stool at an affordable price, I recommend this product! These chairs are comfortable, sturdy and look great at our counter height kitchen island. They are well made, easy to put together, and comfy. They shipped quickly and came well packaged. The company reached out, via email, before we received the product, thanking us for the order and letting us know to reach out with any issues, guaranteeing a response within 12 hours. When we noticed a slight defect on four of the chair legs, I emailed the company and received a response from them within six hours. I received four new chair legs and the stool hardware, at no charge, within three business days. We are very happy with this purchase!

I was so excited to get the chairs for my bar height table. The height of the chairs is perfect and they are also comfortable to sit on. Where I had to take off stars is on the quality of the stitching the seams are not straight and the fabric is sort of bunched on seams which makes the chairs look really cheap. The color of the brown is also much darker than in the pictures.
