As soon as I received the notification of the price drop, I was on it and placed my order. When I received the coat I could not believe the quantity of the material! All the stitching and lining is really well sewn. The coat feels really nice and thick. And when I put it on, it fit like a glove! Exactly the look and fit I was hoping for! I paid about $55 but the coat looks and feels like a million bucks.... lol! I read the reviews about how well it washes but I was a bit nervous to wash it at home and almost took it to the cleaners. I didn't want to ruin my beautiful new coat. But I decided to throw in my washer and hoped for the best! And WOW! I've washed and dried at home 5 times since purchasing it and it STILL looks BRAND NEW!! No fading, shrinkage or warping of the material! Highly recommend!!

This is a very beautiful & warm coat for Winter. It's warm enough for my location which averages in the 20s F with colder wind chills during the Winter. Fits perfect! BUT...no tags on it, & it smelled faintly of something. Put my hand in the pocket. Wedged in the very bottom was a half piece of gum, still in the wrapper...unchewed, thank goodness! I found it odd that there were no maker tags on the coat. Now I know why! It was worn before! Why else would there be a 1/2 piece of gum, still in the wrapper, in the pocket! Not happy that it is a pre-worn coat, but I like it that much that I'll keep it. Just wish Amazon would not do this stuff!!!!! I do recommend it, but preferably an unworn one!

Full disclosure, this coat is 100% polyester and not wool blend, BUT you can’t tell by looking at it. I have never received so many compliments on an article of clothing as this coat (I got it in the cream color). It’s fitted nicely as it comes in a little in the middle so it isn’t boxy, even on me and I am boxy. I am outdoors for most of my shifts at work and even when it’s in the low 50s I’m warm and cozy in my coat. Last night I just bought this in two more colors. TLDR; The coat is beautiful, warm, and the price can’t be beat. It does arrive folded with creases so you’ll have to take it to the dry cleaners before wearing.

I PRESUMED the'30%wool' was false, given the price. There is NO WOOL at all. For me, it was irrelevant. I just needed a black coat for funerals. The style is very nice, the proportions are wonderful, the pockets reasonably deep, and the sleeves slightly longer than expected; a bonus, better too long than too short. Since it is 100% Polyester (says the tag), it isn't very warm for the dead of winter, but it does the job, very nice appearance, and the workmanship of the construction is industry standard, and well executed. For the price, fantastic.

i bought this for my daughter as a Christmas Gift, when the coat first arrived I took it out of the package and hung it in the closet to get some of the kinks out. My daughter no longer lives with us so it was safe. after a day or two I took it out to look it over. The coat is well made, has great style and my daughter loves it. She lives in the Central Coast of California, so it gets cold there in the winter. This winter in particular was very wet and cold, she wore the coat often. It's held up very well, after months of wearing the coat thru the rain and wind it still looks new. This year my other daughter is asking for one, the problem now is what color?
