I originally was purchasing a 2 letter brand Freezer that has 7 shelves from a big box electronics store. They kept changing the delivery date from 7 days, to 14 days, to 1 month, and finally 2 1/2 months when I canceled it. I found this on Amazon and although there were only 5 reviews…their reviews were so enthusiastic and full of praise that I took a chance and I’m glad a did. Delivered in 5 days in perfect condition. It is far superior to the other one I tried to buy. It has a roomy interior and the glass (not plastic) shelves are removable for cleaning. The 3 bottom drawers are very useful for odds and ends. Lots of interior space and in a pinch, you can remove a glass shelf to put something tall and big (like a turkey) inside. Adjusting the thermostat to the optimal 0 degrees Fahrenheit is a bit tricky, but I turned it to Max and placed an outdoor wireless thermometer inside. When the temperature reached -6, I slowly turned the thermostat down until the compressor stopped. Another nice feature, refrigerator magnets will stick to door and sides.

I got the convertible refrigerator and it came in just fine, I read other reviews claim that they got the refrigerator came in damaged, maybe the seller change the shipping company, my came in with no damage and work well.

Great appliance with a powerful seal keeping all my frozen foods in a deep freeze state. So much better than a chest freezer where you have to dig through everything on the top to get to the food you need. And the small footprint of space needed is perfect to fit in out laundry room next to the kitchen for easy access.

It was well-packed and delivered fairly quickly. Customer Service was exceptional and instructed me on the best way to set the freezer up to give the compressor the best life. This freezer is beautiful and very sleek with it's black sides and stainless steel front. It is the perfect size for my kitchen to give us that extra freezer space. What I love about it is its multi use setting where it can be set to a refrigerator's temperature. And it's super quiet I forget that it's even there!
