I ordered this freezer for a tight space and the size worked really well for me. Freezer came really well packaged, but unfortunately with the dent on a side. Guys were excellent to communicate with, we've worked out solution, and I decided to keep the freezer. 1 month in - it works really well - it built up a little ice, but i'm sure it's fine. It looks like great freezer for 1 person to keep some healthy food frozen.

* Edit: The seller reached out to me to help us with the drawers that were broken in transit. They were wonderful and I truly appreciate them being so helpful! * We purchased this freezer for the deer my husband got for us. I suggest letting it sit for a day or two so everything has a chance to settle. The freezer itself so far has been great. It runs beautifully. It's not very loud at all. The only complaint I have is that 2 of the 3 drawers are broken. We didn't realize this until after we received our meat from the butcher shop. It's frustrating because obviously to get to the food in the drawers you have to pull the drawers out. If the front of them snaps right off food will roll right on out! I hope they fix this issue. To note a positive, it also runs as a refrigerator which is one of the reasons we purchased this one! It's nice to have the option of both. Overall I think it's a really nice refrigerator/freezer!

Didn't have the money to spend on a brand name so I took a chance. Had this one for a few days now. Looks great! Works great! Got it for its small footprint as our deep freezer just took up too much floor space and stopped working after 12 years of good service. The 7 cubic foot space is a lot of bang for your buck. That is if you're good at stacking shelves. We use it to stash frozen dog food. A deep freeze is best for long-term storage and bulk, but if you want a handy little freezer to store stuff for quick turnaround, this is it. How long it will last remains to be seen.

So far so good. Came in perfect condition. Well packaged. Waited the 6-12 hours to turn on. So quiet you can’t tell it’s running. Nice design. Nice size. Not too big or small. Easy to use. Worth the price.

I originally was purchasing a 2 letter brand Freezer that has 7 shelves from a big box electronics store. They kept changing the delivery date from 7 days, to 14 days, to 1 month, and finally 2 1/2 months when I canceled it. I found this on Amazon and although there were only 5 reviews…their reviews were so enthusiastic and full of praise that I took a chance and I’m glad a did. Delivered in 5 days in perfect condition. It is far superior to the other one I tried to buy. It has a roomy interior and the glass (not plastic) shelves are removable for cleaning. The 3 bottom drawers are very useful for odds and ends. Lots of interior space and in a pinch, you can remove a glass shelf to put something tall and big (like a turkey) inside. Adjusting the thermostat to the optimal 0 degrees Fahrenheit is a bit tricky, but I turned it to Max and placed an outdoor wireless thermometer inside. When the temperature reached -6, I slowly turned the thermostat down until the compressor stopped. Another nice feature, refrigerator magnets will stick to door and sides.

Bought this April 2025. As of February 2026, the Compressor has failed. It thawed everything inside and would not work again. I expect my freezer to survive normal operation for more than 10 months. This is terrible.
