Came with a dent on one of the rib corners but that was FedEx I am sure of it. Upon inspection the unit didn't appear to be internally damaged. Plugged it in and cools very fast. The outter surface will get really hot since it will work very hard to get to freezing temps and then the heat will subside. Came with two racks which is excellent and is a good size for our apartment. It is easy to move and the quality so far appears good. This is a great little freezer. Although the unit arrived dented and scratched in a couple places, it was only cosmetic and the seller immediately and professionally responded and fixed the issue. Very reputable seller, and I would definitely buy from them again!
