Description

Can the refrigerator be placed outdoors? The fridge is intended for indoor use. Please do not move the refrigerator outdoors or use it on bumpy vehicles. Additionally, leave a 10-inch clearance on the back and sides of the refrigerator to allow for proper ventilation and heat dissipation. After receiving the product, how long should I wait before plugging in the refrigerator for use? After receiving the product, please make sure to place the refrigerator upright for 12 hours before plugging it in for use. Is it a manual defrosting refrigerator? We provide a defrosting tool for customers, recommended every 3 months or when frost reaches 0.25 inches. Before defrosting, please remove items and turn the temperature to 0. Please see page 6 of the manual for detailed steps. Doesn’t cool? Please check if there is any liquid leakage / if (the refrigerator) is turned on / what the temperature reading is / if the ambient temperature is extreme.

I couldn’t be happier with both this refrigerator and the incredible customer service from Bangson. We use this refrigerator in our outdoor kitchen, and it has been fantastic. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected visitor, a black bear decided to knock the fridge over and tried its best to break into it! Amazingly, the refrigerator held up incredibly well. It was much sturdier than I expected, and the bear wasn’t able to get inside. While the hard fall ultimately damaged it beyond repair, I was genuinely impressed with how solidly it was built. What impressed me even more was Bangson’s customer service. They were kind, friendly, understanding, and truly cared about helping me. Every conversation felt genuine, and they worked with me to get a replacement refrigerator sent out quickly. It’s refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with such kindness and respect. Side was damaged. The bottom is severely damaged and small dings on the side, however the company quickly corrected the problem. The refrigerator cools nicely. It does need 8 inch clearance.

I placed the fridge in storage after getting it because it was untended for the new place. When I moved into the new place and unpacked the refrigerator, I discovered that it did not ship with the proper interior shelving. The instruction clearly shows that the crisper drawers are supposed to attach to a bottom shelf with drawer slides, like you would expect. My refrigerator did not ship with that bottom shelf, so my crisper drawer doesn't fit like it should and just sits on the bottom of the refrigerator. It is also a bottom freezer, like I wanted, and is the perfect size, but the top refrigerator door handle is at the bottom of the refrigerator door, which is about two feet from the floor, making the handle useless. It should be at the top of the door or halfway up the door length. It's useless where it is located. Also, the freezer only ha drawers. There are no shelves. ... show more

We got this fridge for my 81 year old mom to have a mini kitchen near her bedroom. We love that it looks good and the fridge is on the top so she doesn’t have to bend down like smaller fridges. It says it must be placed on a hard surface so we added blocks on the bottom since it is carpeted near her room. We were able to switch the doors to the other side - no directions on that but it was pretty intuitive. There were extra parts that we had to figure out where they went since there were no directions in the box on “assembly”. The parts went on the glass shelves to lock them in place. The middle shelf is moveable so you can adjust for taller items. The freezer is a good size too considering it’s a small fridge. It’s large enough for frozen meals and ice cream. The bins sit on the shelf not in slots on the side and there is a small notch to keep it from coming all the way out. It came packaged well with styrofoam and metal brackets on corners and even thin wood on the top and bottom. It was even wrapped in that sticky film you peel off to protect it. That said it still arrived with dents on the top corner, back and side. Not terrible and didn’t damage the actually running of the fridge, still disappointing hence the 4 out of 5 stars. And no idea what that green stick in the small hole is in the back of the fridge is for (see pick) since it came with no instructions - just a pamphlet of a picture of the fridge that labeled the parts and a set of rules for setting up. I’d love to know what that is for! Overall, I think it is going to work great. It was a great price. It cooled down quickly and seems to be maintaining its temp since we plugged it in a few days ago. Honestly impressive! As someone who delivers and installs appliances for a living, this fridge is honestly impressive. It honestly compares to big brands like LG, SAMSUNG & even GE, KITCHENAID, etc. Even the price is very fair and competitive. SHIPPING: The packaging was awesome, it arrived very fast, with no damage whatsoever. All the shelves were in place and nothing was damaged, really impressive! FRIDGE: honestly it's the perfect size, for how compact it is, it holds A TON of food and beverages! It's more than enough space for me. COOLING: Temperature is perfect and spot on, that was a big issue i was having when I was looking at fridges, they would never get cold enough. But this fridge is awesome and true to temperature! Drinks are amazingly cold and the freezer actually keeps food frozen! Also the fridge is SUPER quiet after it's first cool down phase. I honestly can barely hear it humming. Again as someone who delivers and installs all appliances everyday for a living, this fridge is honestly impressive, even the price is incredibly fair and competitive.
