I particularly care about sound and design of earbuds so was looking eagerly to get this one. Design is really great and sound is the most clear I have ever heard on sports earbuds. I would love it to be more punchy so the sound was not ideal for me but as said really appreciated excellent clarity of the sound. The positives end here. Three big issues I had with this pair in the order of severity. 1. Fit. I played a lot with earrings etc., managed to find moremor less good fit, however this didn't last. After some sweating on the treadmill I had to continously adjust the fit to prevent earbuds falling out. 2. App connectivity. Even if the phone was paired with earbuds, the B&O app would have connectivity lags or wouldn't connect at all. 3. Left earbud battery. Worked properly when in use. But whenevernot in use, either in charging box or just disconnect (I did use standby feature on the appp), it would drain fast. Primeras Impresiones: Soy un usuario de Bang & Olufsen de diversos productos. Tengo un H5 que me dejó maravillado la primera vez que lo escuché. Tengo un H8i que con cable suena espectacular. Ahora agregué a mi colección estos E8 sport que he deseado desde su primera versión. Escribo esto solo como antecedente, para que sepan que hablo con conocimiento de causa. También he probado los airpods pro, algunos Sony. Bueno, los audífonos me llegaron hoy después de estar retenidos en aduana 5 días. Imaginen lo que sentía jajajaj porque yo solo quería usarlos. Diseño: El diseño es sorprendente, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Son hermosos, materiales que se sienten premium. La caja, los colores, los detalles. La caja. Todo es lo que podrías esperar de la marca. Escogí los audífonos de dos colores, porque me cansé un poco del negro absoluto. Sonido: El sonido es mejor al esperado. Los bajos son muy notorios. Los medios y altos son excelentes. Suenan mucho mejor que un airpods pro. Los gestos táctiles sonnñ sencillos. Solo los he usado unos 30 minutos así que no puedo dar más detalle. Suenan excelentes. No fue un problema emparejar, tampoco fue un problema actualizar el software. Los recomiendo si quieres audífonos con estilo, diseño único, sonido increíble.

Initially I had connection issues, that seemed resolved with updates. Definitely try each ear fitting in on each ear until it PERFECTLY fits. My ears are quite different through injury, and I got no issues with them. The sound is superb.

everything sounds better through these magic little pieces of scandinavian engineering. well done B&O. you blew apple airpods pro out of the water, literally. because these things sound great under water! they sound great everywhere.

I've bought these twice. Both times the flashing red light comes on and they can't connect. Factory rest and everything. There is a 10 min YouTube about cutting them open and rewiring them. How do they keep failing for me?

The earbud does not work!!! This is very expensive to not working. This is unacceptable. I suppose that supplier sold me a used or refurbished product. Amazon assistance tried to help me with no success. Even they’ve tried.
