Size: 30" Dual Zone Wine Beverage Cooler
I added a new bar area and wanted a built-in style, undercounter 30" fridge. I looked at all the options and went with the Tyzla. Delivery from Amazon was quick and easy. The shipment was slightly damaged on the edge in the center that wasn't visible from the outside of the box. Because this was going to be in a built-in, I wasn't too worried about the resulting dent. I did contact Tylza customer service and Lisa was great to work with. Highly satisfied with customer service! My space was a little tight, but the Tyzla measurements were correct and the fridge fit into the space. In my opinion, the fridge looks great in the location, but I did take the feet off to make it fit. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase as it looks great. There is a little bit more noise when the compressor is running than I would prefer, but it is acceptable. There is also a slight popping noise on compressor startup. I'd like to be able to adjust the temperatures a little colder than they are currently set to, but it is within the advertised specs. Overall, happy with the purchase and would recommend.

This is a pretty nice dual zone wine fridge. Of note it actually only has a single compressor and then uses a fan to regulate temperature above and below. I have observed some temperature drift (1-3 degrees F) as a result of this but overall this design works well. This fridge does a good job of keeping white and red wine at desired serving temperature. We put it under our kitchen island to replace a trash compactor that we did not use. The slats are quality wood and slide out nicely. Stainless door and glass are also good quality. Noise is minimal and I don't really hear it over our regular fridge or other kitchen noises. Like all fridges of this style 30 bottles is a bit generous but we get close. That works best with a true Bordeaux style bottle in which getting five on a single row is definitely possible. Larger bottles can make fitting that many on one row difficult. There is an oversize storage at the bottom that works well for big bottles but as that is in the warmer section it isn't ideal for sparkling wine (large bottles and cold is desired). It should be noted that we had a technical problem with our first of these fridges but customer support sent us a replacement without much issue.

Review for Wine Cooler Model TYWC408S Item arrived damaged due to inadequate packing material. Upper door hinge broken, controller knocked loose, small dent in upper left corner of cabinet and door. Lisa at CoolersUS support offered monitory compensation for dents and loose controller (controller was easy to fix) and sent out a replacement door hinge. Lisa provided prompt and excellent support! The wine cooler seems solidly built, holds temperature well, runs very quiet.. We have almost all Italian wine which are various size bottles. Most fit well, some a little long or wide to fit perfectly. Overall a very nice wine cooler for the money with good bottle capacity.

The style is great and quality of build is very good as well. It came packaged very well but it appears someone had dropped it onto one corner as one of the plastic adjusting feet was shattered. But with most good products I received 2 extra so no problems. The handle was very easy to install and looks very nice. I plugged it in and set the temp to 38 and within about 4 hours it was already there. I let it sit over night for everything to settle and Adjust and it works very well. The adjustability of the shelves is awesome. And they do slide out some so you can reach the product on the back of the rack. The lock on the door is not so great the door will still open a little, but I'll never use it anyway so that don't bother me I only mentioned it so if you need to be able to lock it. It does work but be aware the door will open about 3/4 of an inch. Overall this is an awesome fridge it replaced one we have had over 10 years that finally stopped cooling. I'm hoping this one gives the same longevity. I highly recommend this product for quality. And the amount of drinks you can fit.

I purchased a Tylza 154 bottle wine cooler refrigerator in December 2023. Initially I was very concerned because the outer packaging was damaged during shipping and I was concerned that it may have also damaged the unit itself. I contacted Tylza customer service via email and I received an immediate response from Lisa. Liza was terrific. She was extremely knowledgeable, and responsive. She answered all my questions, and if she did not know the answer, she consulted with her technical staff, and got back to me the next day. Based on Lisa’s answers and outstanding customer service I kept the cooler rather than returning it. I have had it running for over a month now, and I am extremely happy with the unit. It is very quiet, cools down quickly and holds the temperature that it is set at. I’m a very satisfied customer and very impressed with Tylza’s Customer Service and especially with Lisa. Tylza is obviously a company that cares about its customer and stands behind its products.
