As the promised order date drew near, I tried to check the provided tracking number, but it was invalid. That made me nervous, but I submitted a question to the seller, they responded promptly with a working tracking number and the shades were delivered the next day. Positive seller experience. We love the shades. They are light weight, block the majority of the afternoon, easily roll up and down, and look nice for our setting. Very happy and worth the wait for shipping.

This is one of my worst Amazon purchases ever. The product is low quality and it filters out very little sun. A few of the outside reeds were broken on arrival. It took 6 weeks to deliver and I had to reach out for the status after numerous delays. There has to be better choices out there and I wish that I had chosen another one.

Worked well for my needs to add privacy to a jacuzzi area. Added some fishing line runs to stop the bottom blowing in. Blind not greatest quality, but overall good value for the price. Must be prepared for a few weeks shipping time.

This is the flimsiest blind that I have ever seen. If it would have came with a box I would send it back but it was wrapped in white fiber paper. It is 2 in shorter than stated. The only reason it gets one star is because I can't rate it a zero. How a blind can block zero Sun is beyond me.

I didn't mind waiting for these blinds thinking they were going to be just beautiful. They're not. I've had natural bamboo before, but these are definitely of a lesser quality, which wasn't in the description. Several reeds were snapped a definite broken as well.
