I was very surprised with the good quality of this product when received in the mail. Very easy to assemble. Packaging includes all tools necessary to assemble. Assembly took me less than 20 minutes each stool.

I recently purchased 3 of these for my kitchen island bar area. They were fairly easy to assemble but I would prefer some written instructions to pair with the photos. After you figure it out with the first, it’s easier with the next chairs. I loved that all the tools were given including a legit screwdriver! The only reasons I’m giving this product a 4/5 is because due to the texture of the woven faux weather straps, it will leave an uncomfortable imprint if sitting more than a few minutes in shorts and it isn’t exactly an easy-to-clean item. A couple things I didn’t consider beforehand, but not exactly a deal breaker for us either. Good to know before you buy. They’re still great quality chairs and the faux leather is really smooth and soft. The tone of the wood, leather and the woven texture add a certain warmth and dimension to such a run-of-the-mill space we all use daily. ... show more

I had seen these stools on a very expensive website - granted they would have been assembled and the seats were real leather - but I couldn’t bring myself to pay the price, love them as I did. I was able to purchase two stools for less than the price of one from the other site and have been very pleased with them. Second stool went together faster and easier than the first, of course! Love the bar stools! I have received so many compliments on them. The quality is as great as the price of the bar stools. My only wish is they made a matching chair. I need a chair for the desk in my kitchen that would match the bar stools and they only offer a chair in the gray color.

These are a great dupe for the more expensive barstools from some other high end retailers. They look great, are sturdy and comfortable. They aren’t real leather-probably some type of brushed vinyl that resembles suede-but they have been durable and easy to clean so far. Would definitely buy again!

I grabbed these Ball & Cast faux leather barstools because it felt like a great deal for a set of two chairs, advertised at the time I ordered. I ended up receiving ONE chair. I contacted CS who sent me a replacement “set of 2”, but I still only received a single chair. It seems the listing was supposed to be for only one chair, which is quite overpriced for the chair itself. It’s a nice chair- feels sturdy and the faux leather is strong and feels soft on the skin. The height is good for counter-height bars and the smooth one-piece frame is aesthetically appealing. However, the chair is very lightweight and the leather is faux. Had this listing truly been for a set of two it would be a good deal, but I would not pay $180 for faux leather and such lightweight materials. To each their own! ... show more
