These are so worth the purchase! Since they are not cushioned, I was afraid they would be hard. They are fairly soft and I feel like they will break in even more. Also, they are fairly easy to put together in about 30 min for each.

I first came across these counter stools when I looked at a house that we were considering buying. Every furnishing in this house was so upscale and since I had spotted other Pottery Barn furnishings in the house , I had made the assumption that the counter stools were from Pottery Barn as well. I carefully examined them and touched the soft yet sturdy woven straps and just admired these knowing that owning these would be out of the question. I couldn’t justify spending thousands on a few counter stools. We ended up purchasing the home and after the closing had received the sellers phone number to coordinate moving arrangements … One of the many questions I asked the seller was ,” Your counter stools…. They are beyond gorgeous. Did you get these from Pottery Barn,” She replied,” No … I purchased off of Amazon. “ I immediately went to Amazon, purchased 4 counter stools and received a couple of days later. All I can say is Uh-may-zing. 1) Arrived quickly 2) Packaged great. 3) One stool arrived damaged and the process to send back was easy and I didn’t have spend anything to return. 4) I was immediately shipped a new one 5) The quality if the straps… wonderful. They feel like leather and look like leather. The color is on point. 6) Very comfortable. My 6’3” husband agrees that very comfortable. 7) They look amazing and I get compliments consistently. One of the best purchases ever.

I ordered four of these chairs for my kitchen island. 3 of the chairs were perfectly fine, but the 4th chair had to be returned because the screws could not be attached to the seat and secured to the back of the chair. They look really good and are sturdy, the major problem I am having is getting the 4th chair without any defections. I have had to return 3 chairs because the seat could not be assembled to the back of the chair. I am waiting for yet another chair and hoping it arrives and I can put it together properly, if this one comes and is defective, I am going to return all of the chairs.

I grabbed these Ball & Cast faux leather barstools because it felt like a great deal for a set of two chairs, advertised at the time I ordered. I ended up receiving ONE chair. I contacted CS who sent me a replacement “set of 2”, but I still only received a single chair. It seems the listing was supposed to be for only one chair, which is quite overpriced for the chair itself. It’s a nice chair- feels sturdy and the faux leather is strong and feels soft on the skin. The height is good for counter-height bars and the smooth one-piece frame is aesthetically appealing. However, the chair is very lightweight and the leather is faux. Had this listing truly been for a set of two it would be a good deal, but I would not pay $180 for faux leather and such lightweight materials. To each their own!
