This is a great little fan with many uses. I has 3 speeds, is quiet, and the charge lasts a long time. I use it at my desk all the time to keep me cool while working at my computer. But it's small and light enough to take with me when I travel or go on vacation.

I put this right next to my bed so I can sleep at night and not burn up. I run really hot, and this helps to cool me down without making the whole room cold. It works really well when it's about 5 ft away from me and pointed right at me. It definitely does not cool down the whole bedroom. It lasts most of the night. I'll bet this would be good to use in an office cubicle as well. Maybe even a small office. But, I guess it could be used anywhere as long as you keep it within about 5 ft away. ... show more

For anyone who has not had an air cooler like this, this is not something you get to cool a large room or to expect to have perfect AC when it is really humid. This is more of a small space cooler and helps if you need extra cooling or if the AC is out. I use this in a small area near my desk during the day that gets really warm and stuffy and at night beside the bed. For those reasons, this is working great for me. I have another one of a different brand about the same size that is not quite as good as this one, so I would definitely get this the next time. I have not tried it with water. We have extreme humidity where I live, so I use it dry and keep it on all day or night (I switch between the 2 so one is not on all the time), and it is doing a good job just that way. My only complaint about it is really the ice packs. I have not tried them yet, but they are the tiniest things I have ever seen come with an air cooler, so I cannot imagine they help but so much. They at least have some though. It is easy to move around with a handle and is lightweight. I would definitely put this at the top of my list before the others I have tried next time I needed one. ... show more

The product overall has the basis of being really good, when I received the product, however, one of the sprayers that adds the mist to the air stream does not work so it is only halfway functional.

Plastic feels a little cheap/flimsy but could have looked beyond that. Unfortunately the misting function does not work so it’s just a glorified fan since without the mist it can’t make use of the iced water. I recommend going for one of the other brands with more reviews.
