The media could not be loaded. While walking around my neighborhood during the pandemic (sigh), I noticed one of my neighbors had low voltage "fake" torches for landscape lighting on their front walk. I finally remembered to search Amazon for something similar and after doing a bit of research I settled on these. They're absolutely beautiful! I love the way they look across the back of my pool -- very Hawaiian/Polynesian, etc. The high number of LEDs in each makes a huge difference for a more realistic flame. The ones my neighbor has are not as realistic looking. Also, the batteries in these are incredible. Even after only charging up on a cloudy day, the batteries still last the entire night and only shut off at dawn due the light sensor. The photo and video included in this review do not do these proper justice. They look really awesome!

Update: Seller has made improvements in product and customer service. They will be correcting my purchase soon and I am pleased with their improved customer service. Old review: I bought two of these over a year ago, used once, and put away. I took them out of very clean storage in the house, and set in the sun for a day. Pressed the on/off button on both torches- one worked, the other one immediately failed. The button became stuck in the on position and I could not pry it out. I peeled off the rubber button cover to discover cheap plastic components that fell apart with only light touching. No way to repair. Junk. Waste of money.

I have seen these lights with the Las Vegas Golden Nights Logo as part of the design and they were three times the price. These lights stay on through the evening for approximately 5-6 hours. One of them stays on all night until the sunlight shuts it off. They produce a relatively life-like tiki-torch feel and we feel it has added a nice touch to our yard. Nothing fancy but it does create a decent ambience. They are plastic so be careful how you set them up in windy conditions.

Very attractive and bright, gets many compliments, well worth the money and they’re unique. However, the manual is somewhat confusing and lacks clarity. All in all, they’re easy to install and they look great!

I decided to try these based on the reviews. I ordered 2 sets to start since they were a little pricey. I immediately set them up around my pool, which was around 5pm. The next evening they were lit and amazing! The flame is very realistic and they last all night into the morning. I immediately ordered 2 more sets. The torch is much larger than the less expensive versions which explains the higher cost. I did have to play around with a couple to get them to light at first by bringing them indoors and covering the solar panel with my hand, but, after that, no problems at all. I've had them over a month and still can't get over how nice they are.

I have had a pair of these out in my yard for almost two years now. I use them only occasionally, but every time I go to turn them on, they still work. They really do add a very cozy and special atmosphere: the dancing LED lights really do add the convincing illusion and ambience of a flame. I was half expecting them to only work a few months or a year, but they're still going, two years later. Such a fun way to add atmosphere and warm mood lighting to the yard!

We are really enjoying these solar torch lights. They were very easy to assemble and I thought a good value for the money. I really like the on/off switch. We usually aren't on our patio very long after dark, especially now with the long days. If we aren't going to be out there, we can just turn them off, and save the batteries. One night I did leave them on all night, and got two texts from my neighbors saying "your torches are on". I think they thought the torches were real flame! I'm sure we will be using them a lot more when the days get shorter. I also like that the solar panel is very sensitive, and will not trigger the lights until it is fully dark.
