Item arrived on time, the packaging was not as safe as I thought it would be, lack of padding inside considering this is a musical instrument and would need more protection. The product however was not damaged in any way, all is well. Inside was the uke, a tuner, bag and extra set of strings just as I ordered and none of which were damaged. The Uke wasn't tuned to begin with so a beginner would have struggled for awhile trying to figure out why it didn't sound right. I have played other instruments before so tuning wasn't a big deal for me. The tuner that came with the package did not come with batteries so buyers beware, you would have to get batteries for the tuner just in case you want to use it. I just used an app on my phone that I used to tune my guitar that's called 'g-strings'. The name is rather comical but works like a charm. All in all, its a great product, a recommend for anyone who wants to pick up a new instrument, be it a beginner or novice. One con though, there was a big white sticker that said "Made in China" at the back of the uke which I didn't mind but was rather off-putting for me. Peeled it off with 0 difficulty and it looks perfect now.

Purchased as gift for 8 yr old who is delighted & we enjoy puttering with it too! I was impressed by how easy it was to tune the ukulele on Christmas morning with very limited instructions that came with the tuner. When you strum and the indicator turns green, you're pretty much set to go! Onscreen arrows let me know if I was tuned way too high or too low and showed in increments how much closer/further it was getting. If she takes lessons, we'll probably get real metal strings, but it sounds very pleasant even with the nylon ones right now. The carry bag is made of that papery-feeling fabric like cheap reusable grocery bags, but it's more than enough for toting the uke around and keeping it from getting scraped up or something spilled on it. I would have been content with just the ukulele for this price, so all the extra frills were really a great bonus.

This is a nice little uke. Great for beginner. It comes with nice accessories and the Quality of the bag was better than Expected. The only problem I had with it was that it won’t stay tuned. I purchased for my mom so it’s a bit difficult for her to tune multiple times during a playing session. I did return it for that reason. I don’t know if they are all like this, maybe we just got a dud. Other than that it is a nice uke.

Super fast shipping with Prime. We got this as a gift for my 13 yo son for Christmas. He is a violinist for 6 years now and plays in the school orchestra and wanted a ukulele to add to his strings/something fun and different to play. (and BLUE!) After tuning, the sound is really good from what I was expecting with the nylon strings. It's a GREAT beginner package, with extra strings, tuner, and carrying bag/case. Please remember that ANY new stringed instrument will have slippage the first few days of tuning, and should be re-tuned before every session as well as continuously throughout playing. If you are wondering, the soprano strings are G-C-E-A. We are very happy with our purchase. :-) Mahalo!

Ukulele was as advertised. Great for beginners. However, the tuner, strings and other pieces were missing. Wrote to Eno Music and they were very gracious. They sent me a whole new set: ukulele, tuner and other pieces. This time they sent an upgraded ukulele that is a work of art. No charge for the upgrade. A wonderful gesture from a fine Chinese company. Five stars for the new uke.

I bought this because I wanted to start learning. It’s not the nicest because it’s for beginners but I definitely love it. I purchased new strings for it and it’s been worth the money for me. I would definitely recommend.

For the price this is a nice ukulele. A great beginner for sure. Main complaint is that we have to tune it everytime we pick up to play. But I figure you get what you pay for. My son enjoys it.
