The product is excellent. Own two and ordered two more. Great for scaring coons from chicken coop. Amazon driver was horrible. We have 10MPH speed limit signs posted on our 900 foot stone driveway to keep the driveway from being torn up and because we have free range chickens. The driver must have come up the driveway at 35 MPH. I politely mentioned to him that we have speed limit signs posted and he left the driveway as fast as he could drive! So...disrespectful!

These lights are very easy to install and are bright. There are 3 modes of brightness (low, medium, and high) includes 2 remotes that come with the lights are okay. There is a cable that comes with it to charge the batteries that way instead of solar power. Motion sensor detects you if your 11ft away or closer and on the other light motion detection is about 15 ft away. I'm guessing it depends on how you position the light. The picture shows the exact distance when standing in front of the light before getting detected. Lights stay on for about 30 seconds then turn off unless you manually turn them on with the remote or press the button on the light. They aren't super bright but they do get the job done. 1 remote will work on both lights.

These are basic solar powered motion detector lights that charge and work well. Of the pair, one is on my north facing garage. After having for about a month, i am pleased to see it works well. Will be interesting to see how it works this winter, with even less sun and cold weather, but so far so good. A plus, is that it can be charged via USB, cord included, so in the winter can bring inside and charge or use a power brick outside. The lights are limited in several respects, including the time the light stays lit, 20 sec, cannot be varied, and the solar panel has very limited mobility, so be sure to mount the unit as best you can facing the sun. Also, the lights each come with a remote, but you must be almost directly in front of the lights to use it, so can't use the remote from inside the house to turn on the lights. At $30 for a 2 pack, these lights are a decent value. I would buy them again, and may get a couple more bc they're really easy to mount, can be easily removed from the mount, and are reasonably responsive to motion and bright enough to draw attention. A fair balance of price vs limitations.

With all the choices out there and I reviewed many, I settled on this one. The only thing I wished it had was a separated solar panel - but I choose this. Extremely bright, works perfectly and helping to rid myself of these unsavory ppl always stopping and looking. This solved ALL of that. I vene have cameras and they didn't care until I put two of these up in front. Lol They now keep going and dont stop out front because they are as clear as daytime now. My neighbors now have some - four homes andwhen the meth heads come walking down the street, they look but they keep stepping. They don't want a problem here anyways because I am outside a lot and they know me at night. It's just the idiots left. Lol. Bright, motion sensor isnt the most sensitive but it works just fine and does the job. Love the modes but mode one is fine. Excellent product and I love that it was easy to install and set up. It's a no brainer. I'm about to the other two sets out back and in the middle of the night, I can see like it was daytime at alltomes. The modes are great, but mode one kicks but doe me

Easy to install and bright enough. My only complaint is that it doesn't stay on long enough. The remote has three brightness settings. I would bet that 99.999% of users leave it on the brightest setting. To me it would be more practical to have three duration settings... 30, 60, 90 seconds or 30 seconds, two and five minutes.

I ordered two different kinds one had the remote (this one) and other didnt Now where you use these will make differnece I put these on a new outer building I put up on my property put one in front over door and other on side over side door Its really nice to be able to set them to different things without having to push a button on back that being said I have them set where they come on at dark at a low level and stay there unless motion detected then they brighten up . A sunny day and they last all night on low and they will jump up to pretty bright with motion Not as bright as hard wired flood lights but you dont have to have electricity and can mount these anywhere out side as long as they get some sun Im going to get more for my house and other buildings See how long they last but for the money for a set of two im happy
