The media could not be loaded. I've wasted so much material on this machine because of the inaccuracies; it's frustrating. In the design, I shouldn't be about to see so much of the red (material). It's too much too put into words. I couldn't just gotten a brother embroidery machine for $300 cheaper, and gotten the same or better results. Also, it does not have fast forward feature. I like that it was a afforadable price , I love that it comes with everything you need to get started. I bought this to do the uniforms for my job and that my first item after attempting to make many errors. Fix the tension at the bottom if you thread looks like a birds nest at the bottom . Also there was a peice of thread to stuck at the bottom I took that out and it works perfectly now !!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this machine. Had a question and the company responded immediately by email and a phone call. Then followed up to see how I was doing. My first project was done within an hour. So easy for a beginner. If malfunction appears when setting up make sure the bobbin fill reel is off at the top of the machine. Doesnโ€™t come with software. Model is unknown to all other software. Have to keep rethreading. Out lines fine but skips and shades in different area, will lock and put holes in fabric. Canโ€™t find videos on the modelโ€ฆ just no smh

    • Returned it because it kept breaking down
6 needles broke on it in less than 3 weeks, customer service was horrible. The only time they got in touch with me was after I put in for a return. Donโ€™t buy it.

No instruction booklet. Touch screen was not calibrated right so I couldn't recalibrate because it was registering over an inch from the buttons and I sent it back
