Love my BAI Mirror 1501 embroidery machine. Have it 2 weeks now. Received 3 days after purchasing here on Amazon. Had it unboxed, set up and embroidering next day. The embroidery quality has been very satisfactory. Comes with many accessories, hoops, extra machine parts, and all the tools you need to install and maintain. As with any machine, there is a learning and practice curve. The instruction manual leaves alot to be desired, but the live support via FB Messenger I have received from BAI sales and engineers is fantastic and makes up for the hard to understand owner manual! The very active Facebook groups, as well as, You Tube videos provide step by step guidance and have been super helpful. As for the lack of software mentioned in other reviews, none of the 3 embroidery machines I have ever owned came with editing or digitizing software. I use Embrilliance and am currently experimenting with Wilcom free trial, successfully with this BAI machine. I can only compare my experience with BAI thus far, to another well known brand multi needle machine I purchased and found myself very frustrated, with practically nonexistent customer support to help me here in the USA. The other brand machine does not have many of the capabilities the BAI has and cost me more. Thus far I have no regrets in purchasing the BAI embroidery machine and would recommend it. I feel I got a lot of machine for my money.

So hey. If you're looking for a top of the line machine that is super accurate and ultimate quality. This may not be the machine for you. But if you're looking for a quality machine at a fair price with really good customer support. Then I can't recommend this enough. It took about an hour to setup. And makes good quality patches and designs out of the box. There's a little bit of a learning curve. But that's true of any machine.

I thought I would share my experience with this machine to help others make their decisions. So I was looking for an embroidery machine in October and noticed that every industrial machine had a price tag around 14k. I was looking for something a bit more affordable and I came across BAI. I was worried about this because it was half the cost of a Ricoma and I was thinking " what's wrong with it? or can I trust it?". I took the chance and I am truly happy with my purchase. Delivery Process: I reached out to the BAI team and decide to pick it up myself at their warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga. They were really helpful and helped me load it into a 2015 Toyota RAV-4. It fit nicely and everyone was great. Set up: You do need at least three people to get it out of your vehicle and also to place it on your stand once it is assembled. The assembly process only took around 30 minutes and it was very quick and simple. Instructions: There wasn't any instructions for the Screen interface so I still don't know what some of these buttons do. Not sure if it was misplaced during the loading process or it just doesn't come with one. Customer Service: Customer services is great. I don't feel alone when I run into issues with this machine. I think I've had at least three different individuals follow up with me and helped me through any issues I've had. This makes up for any missing instructions because there is someone to help you with any problem you might have. Positives: This machine was easy to set up and I was using it that same day without knowing anything about embroidery. There are a ton of videos that help you with any situation you might have and someone from their team should be able to send you a link to your specific issue. The price is great and I love the fact that it is half the cost of their competitors' machines. I plan on purchasing another machine from them. Negatives: 1. They don't have a free in-house software for embroidery once your purchase the machine. Other companies "give you" access to a free software once you purchase their machine. 2. This machine cost me 6k and it still doesn't have a bobbin runout sensor. I don't have that much experience with embroidery machines but this seems like a basic necessity sense the changing of the bobbin is so frequent.

The media could not be loaded. This machine is no lightweight. I went feom a single needle machine to this. However, it was easy to set up and start stitching. If there is a question, the videos in their YouTube channel are incredibly helpful. The customer service is amazing as well. When I joined the BAi FaceBook page, I was immediately sent messages offering to help. They also set up a group chat just for me and the service engineers, as well as the Amazon rep. It is reassuring to know that help is just a click away if I need it. I have only stitched out one piece so far and it stitched nicely. Two threads did break, but it was an easy fix. One word of advice, if the thread breaks, make sure to go back to restitch. I didn't do that. User error... I can't wait to make more pieces. π Edited on April 9, 2023: This machine is a workhorse for sure! It has been easy to learn and easy to figure out user errors. As you can see, I have been busy! This isn't even half of what I have been making. The files for these designs were purchased for my single needle machine, but the Embrilliance software (purchased separately) and the included USB made the transfer to DST files simple. I would most definitely recommend the BAi Mirror 1501 to everyone. You will be addicted to watching it work its magic!

I love my bai embroidery machine! Purchased in Oct 2022 and have created several designs for my small business. The customer service from bai embroidery really goes above and beyond with providing support and answering questions. They have several helpful videos online for easy set up and getting started, along with troubleshooting videos. And you can easily message them on their Facebook page to get answers youβre not finding. I hope to purchase another bai embroidery machine in the future to add to my business!
