The BAGSMART Carry on Luggage with Spinner Wheels is 22" x 14" x 9". The outer plastic covering of the bag has a textured high quality feel with ribbing for strength. The handle has 3 different height adjustments for comfort. There's also a side handle for easier lifting. This carry on is a much better quality than others that I have had. I really appreciate the expandable feature, making packing much easier. The 360 degree wheels turn easily. If checking the carry on, there is a TSA approved lock with high quality durable zippers (the best I've seen on luggage) which are easy to lock and unlock. The fabric on the inside of the carry on has a quality satin feel. There are 2 zippered pockets; 1 covered small that could hold socks, lingerie or a curling iron and 1 netted large which is zippered to one side of the carry on securing the contents in place. The elastic strap clasp on the opposite side is easy to lock and unlock. Overall, this is a quality carry on that should provide a safe place for my personal belongings when traveling.

This carryon luggage was a great travel companion on my quick work trip. I didn’t feel like checking in my bags and this easily traveled 3 days worth of clothing and toiletries. There’s tons of space and lightweight. The zippers are smooth and easy to open and the lock is simple to secure and release. The shell has a nice design and it is very durable. Loved the color, too. This has great value and I would recommend this brand and bag.

I've had other Bagsmart brand products that I really liked. At first inspection, this one also seems to be good quality. I like the plastic exterior, and it doesn't feel cheap. The outer shape and ribbed pattern is fun and trendy. I like the fun color options. Spinner wheels glide smoothly, and overall easy to maneuver with telescope handle. The interior is spacious and has convenient dividers and straps. Price point of 109 is comparable to similar hard shell carry-ons, and though I've not yet tested this one on a trip, I've had good results with this brand's durability and quality in the past, so my first impression is that it's a good value for the price. However I will update this review if any issues arise once I've given it more use.

This little carry on is the cutest I've seen. The Flaxen Almond is an elegant neutral color, and goes perfectly with the cloud design. The quality is better than the no name ones or cheaper ones that I've had. The wheels are so smooth. The inside has great organization. The lock is a neat feature. It's expandable as well. I like this size for short trips to keep everything neat and protected.
