abunda_amazon_reviews This bag is NOT 32" it is 29" in length. I ordered it because I needed one that was at least 30", this should have worked, but wouldn't behcause it is not the size advertised. The canvas seemed heavy enough, but the zippers seemed pretty flimsy. I'm returning it because the manufacturer is over exaggerating the size. Otherwise, seems like an ok bag for the price.;;Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2019;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;This bag is smaller than 32", it's 29";;Amazon Customer;;;Ok, first thing. The way it looks in the ad, It can look like a full duffel, with a part that can be extended out of it if needed, nope. There is one pic that shows it partially zipped up, and one that shows it fully closed. Open it is 13.8 x 32 x 12.6 inches, compacted it is 13.8 x 4 x 12.6 inches (approx). I took for a bus trip which it is fine for. I'm not sure how well it would last with the airlines. I'd be cautious after 2nd vacation trip because of the zipper. I didn't see a cotton lining as the description says, it's a plastic coating. I think it is made out of nylon otherwise. It is not ridged, I put cardboard in it too give it some support. Wheels work fine. I had to walk a total of 4 city blocks and there is some wear on the bottom. I gave it 3 stars because it was cheap. If I can get a spring Florida trip with one connection each way... I'll come back here and update. If it came with a secondary strap setup, I'd give it 4 stars. Safe travels all.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2019;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;I'm not thrilled, but it works. Pay attention to the pictures;;Donald W. Morgan;;;I purchased this on Nov. 28 and used it until one of the wheels broke off on Jan. 10, so about a month and a half. The size of the bag was perfect, but there was no stable back/base, which made it difficult to wheel if it wasn't full/propped up inside. Of course, if it had a stable back, you wouldn't be able to collapse it into flat-pack for storage, but during the run of only 1.5 months, I didn't get a chance to store it. I called re: the warranty and was told that it was likely "damage" which isn't covered (only defects are covered), and, even if covered, I would have to pay $10 shipping for a replacement bag. I didn't expect the bag to last more than a year, but 1.5 months and a clear break was far below my expectations. I suggest what I should have done and spend a bit more for a sturdier, more durable bag.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Wasn't durable or sturdy;;toast;;;Yes, it is correct. The bag will collapse in the middle because the lack of spine. I went to Homedepot, bought a 1/4" panel and asked to them to cut it into 12.5"X28". Now I have a full support and will not collape. I will be carrying 50 lb of stuff in it to give away. On the way back from trips, I will fold the empty bag and put it in a check baggage to save the second baggage fee. Of course your checked baggage has to be more than 28" so that you can put the panel in it. Panel and the bag =5.5 lb.;;Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Actual rating is 4 but I gave1 star so that people will read this.;;JPC;;;The bag is as advertised, however upon reaching Australia, i found the zipper damaged. I could return it, but I will be in Australia for 75 days, and the return policy is only before 30 days, so I cannot return it. So my advise to other customers who buy bags from amazon and then travels more than 30 days: put the bags in your lap at all times so no damage will come to it, then you can write a review that the bag is good and durable.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Buy bags elsewhere;;ed;;;I bought several to use when I take my children to college. They put their stuff in - I pile the bags into the car (I can even throw some bags on top) - I DRIVE them to their college - I am thankful for the wheels as we drag the bags across campus to their dorm (which is always far away from where I am allowed to park) - they unpack and store the collapsible bags under their beds until they are ready to return home - then we repeat the process. I would never use these bags on a long haul trip by any means (they couldn't stand up to being thrown around) and since they collapse into the size of a small box, it is so easy for my students to store in their little rooms. I don't think they will survive past the 4 years, but that will be fine by me.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2019;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Good for college move in & out purposes;;CGG;;;I have taken this duffle bag on a few airplane trips. It holds a lot (about 40-45 lbs of clothes) and is very durable. I used the wheels to transport (as opposed to carrying on my shoulder or carrying by the straps) and it moved just like a piece of traditional luggage. I think part of the reason why this worked so well is because I had the bag completely full and that gave the bag some structure (using the wheels might be different if they bag is not full?). Love that this bag collapses and zippers into a smaller, self contained unit. This saves tons of space. This bag is the real deal--I highly recommend!;;Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2020;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great Duffle Bag!;;Michael Garcia;;;I bought this for a trip to Mexico since of course, I’d overpacked my main suitcase. I used it mainly for lotion, makeup, body wash, etc. I put 20lbs worth of stuff going and coming. The zipper pull broke the very first time that I used it (before I’d packed it, mind you!!) but it made it there and back so I got my money’s worth. I don’t think that it will make more than two more trips, so if you buy this, I don’t think that it will last very long if you travel more than three times per year.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 9, 2019;;3.0 out of 5 stars;;Ehhh...it’s so-so;;Siren
