After installing this kit on an extended frame cargo bike, I took it up the steepest hill around (Hill st. of coarse). On this monster steep hill on a heavy bike and a big, big (heavy) battery with me on it (200+ lbs.), it slowed to 8 mph on the steepest part. That's still a fast jog on level ground.     • After almost one year, the motor failed.
I am having trouble getting a replacement motor. The initial motor is useless now.
