First, the instructions were incredibly easy to follow step by step. Read the tips, those come in handy. My wife and I matched all the boards and lined them up. This saved so much time!! I would be working one step and she went a step ahead a got all the wood and hardware ready for the next step. We put this together in less than 10 hours. Incredibly sturdy, looks amazing and our little boy loved it when he saw it. It’s not huge so fit in our backyard perfectly. This was actually easy to put together! It took three people but we did it in just a few hours. Bought for my 2 year old and he loves it! We added some cargo nets to the side to minimized chances of falling but can easily remove them as he gets older. Great quality and price!

Seems very durable and solid. Took me like 3-4 days (4-5hrs a day) to complete. Did 70% of the work by myself. Definitely easier when my wife gave me a hand.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this swing set in early July 2023. We liked the climbing features and robe net swing along with the thicker lumber than many of the units we considered. We are incredibly impressed with the quality of the overall unit and the robustness of the hardware. The fasteners were appropriate for the design, were of reasonable quality with a generous amount of extras for the ones we lost or miss threaded in the build. The slide was fairly heavy duty, the swings are appropriate for larger kids and the climbing ropes, ladders and wall are well designed. The overall build took me about 30 hours to complete including unpacking, sorting, building and staining/sealing with only a small amount of help during the framing by my wife. I found the instructions easy to follow and did have any significant problems. My family is enjoying the swing set and I am certain it will last many years into the future. ... show more

We could not be happier with the Backyard Discovery Endeavor playset! The ladder, rope wall, rope ladder with bell, rock wall, 40” web swing, two swings, slide, and telescope keep our kids (ages 5.5 and 3) entertained for hours! They play hard AND sleep hard these days! We unpacked the 3 large boxes and slide the night before we started the building process and organized all of the labeled lumber alphabetically by part numbers. We also reviewed the instructions the night before. During the building phase, we used the BILT app’s interactive instructions and also followed along on the paper manual instructions. I stayed 1-3 steps ahead of what step my husband was working on and used the paper instructions to lay out the lumber, bolts, washers, screws, etc. that would be needed next so that we could fly through the steps. It took my husband and I 9.5 hours of building time on day 1, and then we picked back up with the roof installation and the rest of the steps on day 2, which took 4 hours. I especially found it helpful to read each of the next steps at the end of day 1 and prepare screws, bolts, washers, and nuts by finding the specific part numbers for each step and labeling them in bags so we knew which bags of parts we would need for each of the final steps. I also put together the 3 swings so that we could easily hang them up when we got to those steps. That said, you could also do all of that prior to day 1 and probably finish the building process in one day (weather permitting). For us, all of that preparation easily saved us 3+ hours on day 2. After 2 days and 13.5 total hours of building, we couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product! ... show more

The play set is great! The kids love it! The delivery company that Amazon chose was RXO. This has got to be the worst delivery company ever. Item ordered on March 21 RXO scanned it on March 23 and gave a delivery date of April 4th. Package did not arrive. RXO said truck broke down. I reached out 3 days later and they could not locate the package. RXO then posted attempted delivery but recipient not available. This was a lie! Then they delivered everything on April 11th. They forgot the slide. Their note stated delivery complete. I again reached out to the RXO center myself and the lady located the slide and shipped it two days later. We tried to pick this up at the Duncan center and they would not allow us. The lady at the Duncan center was extremely nice but the people at RXO call center have no idea what’s going on. ... show more

We ordered this for our grandkids after doing tons of research on the best brands and types of playsets. So far we are extremely pleased with this set. We followed the advice of several reviewers and opened the boxes and organized all of the lumber by item number prior to starting. We set up a table in the garage to lay out the hardware on. We found the instructions easy to follow- just make sure you understand the next step before you start and stay organized. It took 2 of us about a week to complete it- just being able to work a couple of hours here and there. The set looks attractive in our yard it gets played on practically every day. We have had zero concerns with sturdiness so far, even with 4 kids on it. Hopefully with proper maintenance it will last many years! ... show more
