It is great! Treat it right! It comes totally compressed and if you don't literally beat it with a bat and massage/ shake it etc a few times the day you open it, it might not expand to the full size but after doing it correctly you'll feel all the clumps and lumps do soften up and expand. It's not as plump as you might be expecting but it's rather comfy when all said and done, I like like it! ... show more

I have never written a review like this. This pillow never expanded to its fullness. The inside material is clumpy and in pieces. This is probably the worst product I have ever purchased.

Well it was wrapped up tightly and when cut away ot didn't expand I separated the clumps in it and it still isn't expanding it has been a few hours I wouldn't suggest this back pillow at all. I'm very disappointed in this product...I would definitely buy anther brand it is not what it's suppose to be..I'm not even going to mess with returning it ..it would be a waste of time ugh ... very disappointed!!!
