This massager is really awesome. I run and bike, and allowing it to work my back and legs has been great. It works the muscles, with heat if you want, and I'd highly recommend. The only reason I took a star off is because it is a little awkward to get settled with and the contols are not in the best spot. This said, though, these are nit picky complaints. The durability and portability and perfect you can use it in the house and even I. The car because you have an adapter and plug for the car! The heat is not overwhelming it is perfect. You can change the speed, the direction of the rotation of massage and intensity level.
