Let me tell you I’m regretting in the fact that i took a while to buy this because it it so good . So necessary and im super happy it help with my lower back and my neck soreness and pain . By moving your arms up or down, apart or together, you can specify where the massage "balls" do their work. I've used it on my neck and upper back and it definitely reduces the muscle spasm. Used product once before giving to my boyfriend for Christmas, the massage felt so good I felt like I was cheating on my boyfriend by using it. I bought one for him because he's really into the gym and I'm too weak to give him good massages when he comes back from a lift.
