This is a love/hate item. It's so close to perfect but it is very loud. I like the air chambers, but they only add to the noise when they in/deflate. The massager is amazing on the lower back and head. Just hope it lasts for many years to come. Also, am thrilled with they are upgrading my warranty from 1 year to 2 years for simply emailing Support my Amazon order number

I don't like Shiatsu massage, because it makes my back feel very painful, so I chose this massager. It massages your neck and back through an air bag to simulate fingers. It's very comfortable for me. I don't have to endure the massage ball rolling around my back. When I think the massage force is low, I can choose the massage intensity through the remote control. I really like it and have recommended it to my friends!
