I seriously never leave reviews of products but this massager has absolutely been a godsend. I have issues with my shoulders rounding excessively due to sitting at a desk writing for 8-12 hours a day. I had been experiencing such severe shoulder, neck and upper back pain that I was sometimes unable to fall asleep for 4-6 hours. I had been using a massage gun as well as a theracane but my pain would only partially subside for a few minutes before returning. THIS MASSAGER HAS COMPLETELY ELIMINATED MY BACK/SHOULDER/NECK PAIN. I am honestly blown away. I am SO happy I decided to order this. I had EXTREMELY DEEP tension and pain and I can’t believe this device has completely fixed me. My mood has improved, sleep has improved, and I feel like a person again. Bless this device

I’m obsessed with this gadget. 4 stars because it’s the 3rd time I’ve ordered it in just over a year. The shelf life is not great but for the price and the relief I get, it’s well worth it. Note: I have chronic back pain so I use it frequently while I’m watching TV so if you don’t use it frequently, I’m sure it will last longer. This last one I got (last week), sounds like there are dying crickets inside. It squeaks like crazy. I’m not happy about that but glad it was delivered overnight so I am getting the relief I need to sit and watch TV. I may try to exchange for a non-squeaky version.

I bought this for my spouse for Christmas. He thought it was a good gift since his neck gets real tight sometimes. It worked like a charm and certainly does get a lot of the kinks out of your neck. A nice little massager for the neck. Battery life was good and is good for pain relief. If the price goes down ... it would be perfect as a gift. I would give again as a gift.

the massager was great for the first 1-2 months. everyone loved it, it really helped release neck tension and pain. it seemed durable enough to last but after about 2 months now it just turns off automatically after about 10 seconds of being on. after trying to readjust the cord and plugging it back in multiple times it still does the same thing. i’ve found that sometimes it works fine if i hold the cord at a certain angle but it’s just too annoying to have to find that perfect angle position and then i accidentally move my arm so it shuts off so i have to find another perfect angle and repeat the process and then im just annoyed and don’t even want to use it anymore.
