I don't think I ever reviewed this before, but I LOVE this massager. It is very high quality and has worked for me for months and months since I bought it. The heat is so nice and I love that I can set it for 15 or 30 minutes instead of some others that just shut off every 10 or so. I am on Amazon searching for another one, not for any lack of this massager but because this one has pretty much relieved my back pain and now I want something similar that will also do my neck. It is a bit awkward to lay on for a neck massage but otherwise this is incredible! I will be giving this one disgruntledly to my mother and hoping to find another massager for myself. But I will steal it back if I need a good back massage!

Very disappointed! Stopped working after less than a month of use. I bought it before Christmas and gave it as a gift to my husband for Christmas. Just received this massager today and was excited to use it. I have a tight back and work out regularly. Wanted this for loosening knots I get after heavy training. To start this massager is a deep tissue massager, and you know as soon as it runs up and down your back. It has great pressure to help relieve trigger points in my back. The warmth is noticeable, but not overly warm. Unfortunately, this device didn’t even make it through the first day of use. On its second go it stopped 2 mins into the massage. All motor functions do not work now. Red light and warmth still activate. The problem is massage nodes do not rotate, and it no longer moves up/down the track anymore. I even set it aside thinking it was an overheat issue. Tried again after a few hours to same issue. Bummer, cause I loved it while it was working. Update 6/5/25 Seller reached out to me and replaced unit for free. That says a lot about the company, and I appreciated the gesture greatly. I now believe I just had a defective unit the first go as this one has been holding up great. Was happy to give this a second go cause I loved the massage it provides. I have 2 other massagers. A 6d neck and shoulder massager and a stationary back massager. This one is by far my favorite. It gives great deep tissue massages and has a longer runtime of 30 mins, more than others at this price point. The fact that it spans a large vertical area without you having to move the massager is awesome. It makes my muscle knots melt away. Factor in the fact that the company backs their product without me even reaching out, is more reason to give this massager a shot! Love this massager!

Original review: This didn't work for me at all. On the lower back, it felt great. On the upper back, it pushes me forward in my desk chair and my upper back hurts after using it. I might even have bruises. It also gets warm when the heat isn't on. I will probably return this. 7/25/2025: Seller saw this review and gave me a full refund and sent me a replacement massager. I can't complain about the service, so I am raising the rating based on this experience. Unfortunately, the replacement was not any better. I gave it another shot and the bruises and soreness again took a few days to go away. This product was just not for me. 9/30/2025: Seller sent him the new version (that's my understanding, anyway--that I received a new model). It has a "cloak" to soften the massage, which is an outer layer that fits between you and the massager itself. It does seem to work better. Overall, I feel like maybe they also softened the massage itself. I'm going to raise this to a 4-star review in recognition of the seller really trying hard to keep their reputation positive on Amazon, and also because they improved the massager. I haven't had time to see if it makes me sore this time (it takes a day or so to really show up), but the massage itself is more pleasant and definitely softer than it was, no doubt.

It does what is says but the spine track need to be wider. The sphere shape massage tips ride up on top of the spine bones and hurt as they travel up and down. They either need to move them farther apart or make the width adjustable. This does not replace a heating pad. Only the massage tips are heated, and not warm enough only 3 heat setting. What red light, haven't seen it. They need to add a sweet spot button. This stops the up and down travel but doesn't stop the spinning tips working on one part of your back. Unfortunately the box it came in got soaked or I would return it, so my sister will get it instead. They got this priced over a hundred dollars. I got it on sale of $74. A bit gimmicky for that price. Should be around $40.

The back massager works great, and I like the feature that you can set it to massage your upper back only, or your lower back only, or your entire back, it has three settings, at first I thought I could use it while laying down in bed but I soon found out that it only works if you are sitting in a chair for example your car or a Home chair or your sofa, so if you intend to use this product while laying down I do not recommend this for you, but if you plan to use it on a chair or sofa or in your car it is an excellent product it really does a great job and it feels very similar to a professional massage, I'm very happy with this product and I highly recommended to relieve back soreness or muscle pain

This massager just stopped working. The heat was always on and off and not useful but, the massager worked. Now, none of it works and is a waste of money. Do not buy this item.

Holy hotdogs, this massage is STRONG!!! IT is incredible!!!!! I placed it on the back of a zero gravity chair for my pedicure clients and it is a hit!!! I am highly considering getting one for my car, seriously this thing blew me away, FAR BETTER than the ones even at nail salons!
