I got this product last night, and probably used it for about an hour total while trying to get used to it. I had it upside-down at first, and after correcting it, it obviously worked a lot better. The range of motion is somewhat limited, but if you practice, you can get it into a lot of spots on your back and shoulders. It was going after knots I didn't realize I had. My one gripe is that it's kind of difficult to take on and off and also get positioned in the correct spot. I have had THE WORST pressure points for YEARS. This pain in my shoulder blade region has dang near driven me to insanity for almost a decade from lifting individuals with severe physical disabilities incorrectly daily. I’ve done PT, had electric dry needling, paid for massages etc. I beg my kids and boyfriend to dig elbows in to the knots but it’s never enough, I’d need them to do it for hours and never stop. I’m not exaggerating when I’m saying that it’s become so debilitating and painful I have torn my medicine cabinet apart as if some magical muscle relaxer fairy has visited me 😂 so the other night in one of my pain fits of rage I bought a few of Amazon’s highly rated massager options. I cannot believe something so inexpensive can be this life changing. I’m completely addicted to it. It’s aggressive and gets right in to the little MF-er knots at any and all angles. The arm strap things allow you to angle it just right to find them and dig in. I’m sitting here for hours at a time just gouging them out.. the pains so good. This is what it’s like when people dig their elbows or fingers in there but of course they only do it for a minute where as I can sit with this bad boy for hours on end with no complaints from it. And I love that it plugs in to the wall because I hate charging stuff. no idea what it’ll do for me long term but at least for this weekend it’s become my best friend. How do I know this is a good product because my husband that normally doesn’t really like anything used this and I hadn’t seen it since, so yeah it’s good and it’s worth the money!!! While I had it definitely worked out tight muscles in my neck. I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I’m in nursing school so my shoulders and upper back stay locked up.
