I'm very impressed with this unit. I've put another fireplace entertainment center together recently (from a different manufacturer) so I knew basically what to expect with assembly. This was a much much smoother process. The instructions were mostly clear and the pieces fit together well. My only complaint is with the back panels. The instructions call for attaching them with provided screws, but there were no predrilled holes!! It was impossible. I ended up nailing the back panels on. Unlike many of these types of units the panels were not cardboard, but were very very sturdy. If there had been a place to screw the screws in that would have been fantastic. The fireplace heater itself is very nice and was easy to install, although 2 of the spots that require screws were also missing the pre drilled holes. Another reviewer commented on the color of the unit. It's definitely cool toned and picks up the blues in my house. That said, I love that myself and it's exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with this especially at the reasonable price point. I put it together mostly myself with a bit of help from my son. Took about 3 hours start to finish.

The stand I got is not farmhouse "off white" with a dark brown top. It is off white with a grey wash that comes out as blue undertones, and though the top is a dark brown, in natural light the grey box gives it a dark almost navy stain color. Because this maker doesn’t make matching pieces, I ordered an end table from another dealer that I am sure now won’t work. Also, the dimensions read "47.5 x 15.5 x 27.5 inches" with the "LxWxD" on another line which I missed. Knowing the piece I was replacing was 47.5" tall I assumed by the picture and the advertised "for 55" TV" that it was much taller. Be prepared, it is only 27.5" tall, and our 55” TV seems excessive on top. Unfortunately, my husband put it together to surprise me and now I don't see how we could return it. However, I still gave it 5 stars because they give a good description of the dimensions further down. If I had taken the time to read everything I wouldn’t be in this predicament. So, if you don't care what color you get and need something small this is a solid unit and definitely worth the price. It's pretty, but just not what I was expecting.

I chose this one because it is on the “cheaper” end of tv consoles with fireplace/heater. You get what you pay for. I assembled this myself and it took a couple of hours. Assembly was good until I got to the fireplace. This part was terrible. The screws provided did not fit properly and many holes were not pre drilled on the back as well. So be careful you don’t accidentally screw it out towards the front, because I did. Once finally assembled, I turned on the fireplace, and it is LOUD. I’ve had something similar previously and it was very quiet. I got this mainly for my 55 inch tv to sit on and for the fireplace. It’s not bad, but there are definitely better options out there.

This took a little longer than expected to assemble. The instructions could have been clearer but after we got it together it looks great. Has only 1 fan setting but the heat is either "low" or 'high" & works well for our small living room

Bought the stand for my garage lounge. Some of the instructions were a little confusing. They only use pictures. I ended up building the middle parts upside down. Only I can notice so I didn't feel like tearing it all apart. I like it for my garage but I wouldn't want it in my living room.

No missing parts, nothing damaged. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hardware and pieces were all separately bagged and/or lettered. You could assemble with just a screw driver, we used a drill for quicker assembly. Start to finish was 1.5 hours. Unit will easily hold our 50” TV.
