The massager worked really well - helping relieve sore and cramped muscles in back and shoulders and the heat function was a nice touch. The only down side was that at times it was too relaxing when driving :) I was a little skeptical that at a12v connection would provide enough power to give a deep massage but it worked beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

AC adapter works great - DC (car) adapter causes it to shut down about every 60 seconds. Only found this out after my 30 day return window. Beware and make sure you try it out both AC and in your car (DC) to make sure it works properly.

I received this back massager at the end of July and plugged it into my car immediately with ease. I turn it on and put the settings the way I want them every time I get into my car. This product has helped alleviate my back pain immensely and it is lightweight and very easy to use. I would highly recommend this massager pad to anyone who sits, whether it is in a car, chair, or couch, for any length of time.

I like the heat and vibration at the same time. It works well and can vibrate thighs and back with heat. I'm going to get another for my other car.

I bought one, it wouldn't stay on, so I returned it and got another one. Same problem. The second one stayed on the seat for about 2 weeks, even though it would not stay on for more than 5 seconds at a time. I finally just threw it in the trash because it was so uncomfortable to sit on. The massage nodules are like sitting on large hard plastic eggs. If they at least vibrated, that would be less painful. But even if it worked, I can't imagine I would have it on constantly. Also, there was no option to start it in a preferred setting. It always came on with high heat with an alternating vibration pattern. By the time I turned off the heat and switched the vibration mode to steady on, it would shut off within a few seconds. Had it stayed on for 20 minutes as advertised it would still be annoying. I would want the option to turn it on in steady mode without heat. This chair pad is poorly designed at best, and defective far too frequently for my taste.

I got this product to help my back in long distance driving, but it doesn't work in my car. It works okay in the house, but the massage it not very vigorous and the heat is not that hot.
