I bought this to help me pull together my apartment for my parents, and to have a space that is not in front of the TV that will encourage me to read. This chair solves all problems. First off, the packing of this chair is amazing. I talked about it for 30 minutes. I was so impressed. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly took about the same time or less, but I really was so happy about the way it was packed. It had a frame the arms were screwed to to help with protection and packing. I am not giving it justice how well the packing was. These chairs come in a set but the two chairs I got are completely different colors (see first pic). I bought them to sit side-by-side but they are obviously not the same color and look really bad next to each other. One looks like the pictures and the other is dark and orange. I’m very disappointed. They are cute and sturdy chairs but they are pretty hard. But I think they are still pretty comfortable. UPDATE: This company’s customer service was great to work with. They responded fast to my return request and got a replacement chair shipped to me within a week. Now the two chairs are the same color (the darker orange color) and they look great! See pictures. I’d give 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for appearance, 3 stars for comfort, and 5 stars for value. You can’t beat the price of these chairs! ... show more

I knew I was going to love the color and style of these accent chairs. I was only skeptical of the comfort but that doubt is gone. Comfort wise they are firm and comfy. I love how it looks in my apartment so happy with my purchase would highly recommend . Easy to build and sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. I recieved this item on time. The pillow zipper immediately broke. When attempting to assemble the item it became apparent that the bolt recievers in the back of the chair on one side, and in the support bar were bad. In the video you can see where the bolt reciever in the back of the chair is stripped or not there (I cant take the whole thing off to see if it is simply not there because of the support bar issue). The bolt reciever on the support bar is at the very least mis-engineered.. as the bolt is now stuck in it (hear the clicking on the video, I can not get the bolt out or down). I have reached out to customer service, and will update this review upon their response to the issue. I would note that aside from this experience the following pros and cons: pro: the wood is beautiful cons: there are nicks and dings and spots that are not sanded after they drilled. the fabric is cheap, the kind you know will stain super easy. even if the pillow didnt break it is way too tiny to provide support. the padding in the chair frame is minimal and crunchy for some reason. I would not reccomend buying this item. Review Update: Customer service was fast and the seller did refund my money without expecting me to figure out how to repackage half of a useless chair. They commented that they would take the situation as feedback and work to improve their items quality. I would trust this seller with another purchase, but I would still not buy this particular item. ... show more

It came with two right legs. So now because the chair did not come with one right leg and one left leg, the screw is not long enough to attach one of the legs. Also there was no hole cut in the material on one side to find the screw hole. This company should give a better effort to ensure the correct parts are in the box and holes are properly in material. Now we are looking in the garage for a screw that will work. The cost of the chair was great, but had to pay steep price for shipping and now to finally get it and have this problem....very upsetting. ... show more
