I’ve been experiencing lower back pain which I believe comes from sitting too much while working from home. I ordered 4 different back braces and this one was the first to arrive. It was delivered the very next day. As soon as I received it I put it on and immediately my back pain went away. I was not only able to increase my daily steps to beyond my 10,000 goal but I woke up the next day with absolutely no back pain. This brace helps me to sit and stand with great posture. I’m not sure if it will be unnoticeable underneath clothing but since I work from home I don’t mind wearing it on top of clothing. My only issue is that I have to take it off to sleep which is really not an issue. It just feels so great when wearing it that I tried to sleep with it on but could not get comfortable. I’m just thankful that I woke up with no back pain. I highly recommend this brace. I’m 5 feet 5.5 inches and 170lbs. The Large fits just right and I can tighten it for the pressure needed.

Late review. Bought this approx 9 months ago and purposely waited to see how this product holds up. Brace works OK. I bought it to help alleviate back pain. It helps by providing support but just fair warning, it will not in and of itself alleviate all back pain. Another reason why I bought it was to prevent further back injury. By wearing the brace, I am reminded of my body positioning and ergonomics while at work. It is a bulky brace so it is difficult to fit clothes on top. Initially, I wore the brace without anything underneath but the brace left small abrasions/marks on my skin. Then, I wore a thin tank top underneath it but same issue! It may just be a factor of how tight I had the brace on and my sensitive skin. Overall, it works OK for its intended purpose and it was a great value for the price. Hope this review helps.

I have daily lower back pain and was looking for something like this while doing housework, exercise, etc.. This belt is very high quality and sturdy, can adjust to whatever tightness level you want, the velcro is very strong, all materials used are high quality in my opinion. Too small I had a procedure on my back I need a larger size to fit and and support need it for medical reasons

While this is not the cheapest or flimsiest product it is not the best. I am missing a vertebrae in my back and I am a short person with a short torso. Somehow this is still so small that it does not fit my torso properly. I cannot understand how it seems to fit other people in the photos from the reviews I went through. It needs to be at least 3 in taller than it is to work properly. I would not recommend this product to another person.
