I went years without these and wish I didn’t. You get a whole bunch of them with this purchase which is awesome, especially if you’re doing all 4 wheels at the same time. I used to try and set calipers on the knuckle or hang them on the spring all awkwardly until I bought these. For years I always used a metal coat hanger or nothing at all to hang calipers during a brake service or other repairs. When I completely restored my truck a year ago I decided to invest in these since I knew my calipers would be hanging for a little longer. They are pretty sturdy. Before I purchased these I use to wedge the calipers and prayer they wouldn’t fall, these caliper hangers have changed my life, they work extremely well and hold the calipers up high and out the way, I have no complaints for these the value for the money is great.
