As a barber, I’ve used a lot of trimmers, and this one is the BEST MONEY CAN BUY. The GoldFX blade it comes with is insanely sharp and gives the cleanest, crispest lines straight out of the box—no modifications needed (but be careful because it is sharp). If you want to talk about debulking, these will cut through hair, thick or think, like butter. I've personally have had a gold fx blade for over a year and it still hits like the day I got it. It’s easy to handle, fits perfectly in your hand, and the grip makes it effortless to use from any angle around the head. The build quality is excellent—solid, durable, and reliable through daily use. The battery life is great, and it comes with everything you need: charger, blade guard, oil, and a brush. What’s also nice is how customizable it is. You can swap out blades, grips, and even upgrade the battery if you want to—but honestly, the default setup is already top-tier. The gold finish gives it a premium look, although it does scratch easily, so just keep that in mind. If you’re serious about clean lines and quality tools, this is the one, you'd never regret.

It came very fast, the only thing that I was unhappy about that it wasn't shipped in a actual box...with the amount of money that was spent on this item, having better packaging would have been nice. But it arrived without any damage Thank God...now that all aside I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TRIMMER. Lineups are a breeze, close, tight and super clean lines. Being brand-new it's very quiet, soft to the skin and trims like a knife slices through butter with out causing irritation to your customers skin. My advice nice gentle taps, let the trimmer do all the work for you. Everything was in the box, all items were new and unused. The trimmer is light weight and easy to handle. Motor is powerful and blades are sharp so no need to apply strong amount of pressure to your client's line-ups. Definitely worth the money and every professional Barber and Stylist should own one of these in their collection of tools needed. If you're able to purchase this item in-store I would recommend that instead. The shipping package was horrible...Bubble wrap yellow envelope is what it came in...disappointed 😞 *This is my own opinion and I was not paid for my review.*🤗

These things hit like absolute lasers. I've never had a better trimmer. Just be careful with the 0 gap tool and test on your arm. I got my cutting blade just a bit past the stationary blade and scarred myself a bit the first time I attempted to 0 gap. Just be careful guys and gals and test on your arm. Even if it doesn't hurt, be sure to look for small marks or scars, if you get them a few minutes later the blade is too far forward, even if the test wasn't painful to you. Gap these correctly and these are the only trimmers you will need if you're like me and just cut your own hair. Be advised I have the Gold FX blade with the model number with the finer teeth. You have to know which blades you get because some have deeper teeth and don't cut as fine. If you need crispy lines the Gold FX blade is the way to go, the one with the fine teeth.

The first thing that pops out about these trimmers are the aesthetics - it looks really cool (especially in gold!) I am not a professional barber, but wanted to try my hand at a self haircut during the quarantine, so I did some research and ended up purchasing these BabyLiss PRO Trimmers. These clippers are a lot lighter than they look. They fit very nicely in the hand, and the Maglite flashlight shaped handle has some very nice stippling that makes the trimmers easy to grip. I love the fact that the trimmer blade is “exposed” and doesn’t have anything obstructing my the view when lining up - this is especially critical when trying to do this in a mirror on yourself. Also very happy that they included a device to zero gap the blade. I also have the PRO FX Clippers, and wish they included something similar for those! The battery life is great. I’ve used it 5 or 6 times already on one charge. Overall, these are a bit pricier than some of the other cordless trimmers out there, but in my experience so far, they’ve been a quality product. I would definitely recommend these trimmers.
